Rested at the hotel with a family from 14 to 21.11. 2016. The overall experience is excellent, from check-in to check-out. Before settling, they offered to relax and have dinner in a restaurant. They settled pretty quickly, at the Reception they asked for an extra bed in one of our rooms, they responded to the request with lightning speed, while we took the elevator, the bed was already in place. We had two rooms as a family of five. The rooms are clean, spacious, homey. Very comfortable orthopedic mattresses. The rooms are cleaned every day, everything works in the rooms: a safe, a hairdryer, a TV, special attention to the air conditioner - it is always not hot in the room. The bathrooms are well cleaned, the water is cold and hot.
The hotel itself is clean and well-groomed, the territory is quite large, everything is immersed in greenery, many different types of palm trees, bushes, flowers. The beach is very clean, everywhere ashtrays and trash cans. There are a lot of sun loungers, I didn’t have to borrow in the morning (as happens in other hotels).
Entering the sea from a pontoon - to dive and look at the beautiful reef and many colorful fish. Or you can go into the sea from a small sandy beach, for those who like to just lie on the waves or for a child to play aground with sand and water, so not only the hotel, but also the beach is suitable for families with children.
The food is good, every day we tried something new, a lot of meat dishes, and a lot of things for the child: yoghurts, cereals, fruits and much more. In general, everything was very tasty. The quality of alcohol is also excellent.
And the most important thing is the hotel staff, they will always help if anything, smiling, friendly, everything is in its place. I really liked the attitude of the staff towards the children, they always had fun, talked, made the kids laugh.
Special thanks to the animation team (various competitions, yoga, aerobics, etc. )
