Royal Grand Charm is an old hotel with terrible food, dirty rooms, terrible service. The only plus is the first coastline.
We went through the Anex tour. There was a meeting with hotel guides who cordially tell and rub that you need to go on an excursion... I do not advise going to these morning meetings at all. they are useless.
