We have been resting in Sharm for more than 15 years, we love it very much, but staying in this hotel ruined the whole vacation !! ! I will write everything as it was, and you think to go there or not. For us personally, this is money thrown away (and decent) down the drain.
Arrived in the morning at 9 o'clock on schedule. At the reception, they immediately began to offer to settle now, but for a surcharge of $ 5-10 per night. we refused, but they stubbed us for a long time and stubbornly... In the end, they settled as much as at 4 pm, when they realized that they would not receive money from us. The room turned out to be quite good, even with a view of the sea, at first we were delighted... but it wasn’t there... The air conditioner did not work, it blew strongly, but with warm air. It was impossible to open the balcony at night... Huge hordes of mosquitoes burst into the same room and it was already impossible to sleep. In short, either suffocate or you will be eaten for your own money.
Insect treatment is not carried out at all in the hotel.

Also, for the entire stay in the room there was no hot water, and sometimes cold pressure. Wow, in short.
Having received beach towels on the first day, we naively handed them over in the evening. As a result, they received them only a day later, and then they were also intermittent.
More on nutrition. There is also no air conditioning in the dining room, it is very stuffy, and if you try to eat on the street, hordes of sparrows and crows, and in the evening mosquitoes will prevent you from doing this. The food is disgusting, especially meat and vegetables. Usually in Egypt it's all delicious, but here the apparently unique chef managed to spoil the chicken, which you just stew and will be edible, but there was a feeling that it was all the time old, reheated yesterday or the day before yesterday. There were beautifully laid out little chickens, obviously fresh in the window, but you come up, he opens the lid of the dish, takes out an old chicken leg from there, huge and already weathered. When asked to cut off a piece of this fresh chicken, you get a refusal.
There were allegedly seafood, naive tourists from the countryside even take pictures with them, but the mussels are empty (one shells, no middle, crabs are the same, one frame. There were no problems with drinks, at least something pleased. Drinking water at every step you can take a bottle , sweet water and alcohol on tap, there were no special queues.
Guys-animators tried, there are no complaints. The Russian girl at the reception was also attentive to complaints about hot water, she offered a kettle to boil and wash her hair or put her in the queue for a shower, where there seems to be hot water. In general, we call it a hostel, and they have 5 stars.
