When we arrived at the hotel, there was force majeure, the boiler exploded at the hotel, there was no hot water. The tour operator wanted to put us in another hotel, but then everything worked out. At first we were settled in a room that was not very good, then we were moved to another one for free, which was better. The hotel is not very good for families with children. For adults, it was possible to choose something from food, for a small child - no. The territory is nice, nice, well-groomed. There is no normal playground - this is a big minus. The playground was wooden, but in such a state that it was scary to let the child go there. The attitude of the staff is different, towards Russians and Ukrainians - some not very polite, let's say so. Although, under normal treatment, they reciprocate, but not all. It was evident that the attitude towards Europeans is better. There was a shop next to the hotel, but I can’t say anything about it, since we didn’t go there, we took a taxi to the old city. As for the guide, we did not use his services, I can only say that he reacts very emotionally and negatively when someone buys excursions not from him.
