To begin with, the hotel is old and needs to be renovated for a long time. The furniture is old, the curtains and bedspreads do not seem to have been changed or washed since the opening. At first I thought we were so "lucky", but it turned out that others are about the same. The territory is large, green, once, apparently, fountains worked here and streams ran, now it's all just "beauty".
Wi-fi only at the reception, works intermittently in the evening. To have good internet, it is better to buy a card from a local operator.
Service is a separate conversation. In the restaurant, there are eternal mountains of dirty dishes on the tables, you had to catch the waiter and ask them to clean it up or eat among it all, because no one is in a hurry. Almost every morning I wandered in search of a spoon to feed the baby. Cleaning in the rooms consists in changing towels and making the bed, for $ 1 they will twist a swan and thanks for that.

For children there is a kids club, in which the animator is an English-speaking girl. The child was there once, no longer wanted. You can silently draw and watch a cartoon in the room. In the evening, children's disco, then a cartoon and popcorn for 20 minutes. That's all for the kids.
For adults, the evening program is that someone sings on stage. There weren't even standard shows. Animation tries, but it does not save the situation.
Of the pluses, I would like to highlight the food in the main restaurant. As for Egypt, very good. There is always a choice of meat and fish, pizza, grilled dishes, there were seafood several times. With fruit, however, not so much. There is also a late breakfast by the pool - cheese, tomatoes, buns, so that you don’t die of hunger if you don’t eat in the restaurant in the morning. I have never seen anything like this, so that at least there are no banal french fries and this is 5 *. The beach bar is for drinks only.
In general, it is a mystery to me what makes people come back here. And there are many. Is it free fries? In this price range, you can find a much better hotel, especially if you are traveling with children.
