The most interesting thing is that at the Relax Grand Sharm hotel (recently it changed its name twice, the last was Royal Grand Sharm) we rested as a family six years ago and we liked everything very much, it was for this reason that we decided to go there this time too, because say, on a proven path. Unfortunately, expectations were not met, it turns out a lot has changed in the hotel. If last time we were frankly very glad, then this time the meeting was cool, like "it will do. " I would like to say that the hotel is focused on Italians, they even have their own animation and the attitude of their animators towards tourists clearly emphasized where "ours" and where "strangers". Very happy for them. The food is good, varied, but the waiters are clearly insolent, once again they will not pay attention to the visitors. It didn't happen before! The rooms were cleaned daily, but they are dirty in themselves, from time to time and from the fact that the cleaning is only superficial. The curtains are dirty, the furniture is far from the first freshness, and the shower is far from ideal. . Previously, swans were made from towels and flower petals were pleasing to the eye. This time there is nothing, again, unfortunately. Yes, it is not unimportant that this time there was a Russian girl Anya at the reception. It is very strange that with such, to put it mildly, strange behavior, she even chose this profession. Not talkative and absolutely not friendly, once again you can’t draw out a word. As for the New Year, the situation is generally absurd. The whole meaning of "Who had time, he sat down. " Places were occupied in advance, starting from the 27th, and everyone who was at that time in the hotel. An agent sat at the reception and marked on the diagram who occupied where. And it doesn’t matter that people came until December 31, they were sitting in the gallery, not seeing anything and very far from the place where the buffet was. Nobody took into account their opinion, although the dinner cost $ 120, the same for everyone. The food was beautifully presented, but when the crowd of vacationers all rushed with plates behind it, the sight, honestly, is not very pleasant. Considering that this is still a holiday and everyone was smartly dressed. Well, at 12.30 everything was almost already removed - the banquet was over!! ! The program was prepared by animators, that is, at the household level. Boring and not interesting. Thank you though the weather was good and the sea is beautiful. So full and tanned, we returned home. The flight was delayed for 5 hours, the hotel offered dinner at its own expense, since at 12 o'clock we had to hand over the room and sit in the hotel lobby. We agreed and paid extra 36 euros to extend the room until 18:00, so from 17.30 they were waiting at the door for us to leave with our suitcases. Not nice. There will definitely not be a third trip to this hotel. And we will not recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances. Impressions are clearly not very good! In general, holidays in Egypt have become nothing! Probably the tourists spoiled and lazy Egyptians.
