The voucher was last minute, but they chose this particular hotel because, unlike the others, it is located on the seashore, although it is 10 years old, but not 2 km from the sea and not near the airport, where 24 hours every Planes take off and land in 15 minutes. I visited different countries, lived in excellent hotels, but also spent the night in tents on glaciers. Before leaving, I spent several hours reading reviews about this hotel - 90% negative, so that I was ready for anything.
This hotel is for those who are going to swim in the Red Sea, sunbathe and see the sights of Egypt and Israel, and not gain weight in a restaurant and run around the hotel bars in search of a free drink. We got a normal room, everything worked, and 4 families, those who flew in with us, too. The food is average, but no one died of hunger, lumpy beef, beef stroganoff, boiled, fried chickens, boiled and grilled fish, omelettes and scrambled eggs, salads of 15 species, excellent pastries and dessert. Worse with first courses . All this should be alternated normally, and not like some people fill large plates with meat, and chicken, and fish and all salads on the first day, as a result, diarrhea and dissatisfaction with food. Yes, the service wants to be better, but do not forget that this is not a European country, and the staff are rural Egyptians and Bedouins, they have such a mentality. You would look at their dirty home dwellings, 99% live in poverty, the average salary is 100 US dollars. Of course, insufficient service is not justified by this, but these workers are not enough for such a salary. We did not hear any rudeness from the hotel workers, everything that was required was done.
The owner of the hotel, an Arab, is now expanding the hotel, so he will save as much as possible on everything. There were no cockroaches or ants in our rooms. On the first day of arrival, they saw a picture - two workers were walking with some kind of apparatus and they treated everything with smoke, the smell was not so hot, but after 5 minutes it disappeared. There were no mosquitoes for 2 days. On Saturday and Sunday there was no processing and... we already agreed to this smoke. The territory is green, 2 swimming pools, bleach, as some wrote, did not smell, the water is constantly filtered. Animations - no. But who wants to, across the road is an entertainment complex, a little further is a water park. 90% of vacationers are Russians and Ukrainians, and I was ashamed of some, they probably judge everyone by them. In the restaurant they are like "starving from the Volga region of the 30s", already hiccuping but eating, do they really eat so much at home? Or hunger in Russia? and they want to eat in advance in a crisis? And in the bar it's barely worth it, but it requires a drink with a cry - "everything is included! " Such barens are denied. You can tell a lot more good and bad, but I want to tell those who all the same decide to go to this hotel - do not pay attention to the little things, do not spoil your vacation. If you don't like the local booze, you have the right to bring 1 liter with you, buy 2 liters of alcohol in the duty free of the airport, the old town or Nayama Bay within 24 hours.

Respect the country you are going to - learn a couple of words in Arabic, it helps a lot, the attitude towards you is different, especially in shops and in the bazaar. Bargain everywhere, the price is reduced by 2-3 times, except for shops where there are price tags. Do not contact representatives / guides / of the PEGAS travel agency when buying excursions, buy vouchers at travel agencies in the city. The guide will charge you 30-100 dollars more, and everyone will sit on the same bus. And another guide from the company - Zhanna, just do not, but I will write to the company about this.
