МОРЕ И РАСПОЛОЖЕНИЕ ТО ЧТО НУЖНО SEA AND LOCATION WHAT YOU NEED

This was our first trip abroad. We chose this hotel for a low price, a hot tour. the tour agency warned us that no one had previously been sent to the hotel, since it was closed. No recent reviews were found either.
Here we are, two couples, no children. UIA flight was delayed for 5 hours. We arrived at the hotel around 12:30. The first impression upon entry is SHOCK... SHOCK... SHOCK. We were seated immediately (at no extra cost). Our room was 529, the last building, a balcony overlooking the sea. The beauty.
The territory is dirty, the staff is small, everything is dismantled, the hotel occupancy was about 30 people. But on the third day, people began to call in, which we were already afraid of.............. since there was no food at all, the bar was empty. The staff does not even have time to carry the suitcases (and there are two of them), not to mention the cleaning. For 7 days, they didn’t clean me once, but I didn’t ask (I felt very sorry for them, guys), I went to take paper and soap myself. I already had 8 towels, so we had enough for a week. There is no animation. The pool works only central, the water in it is ice. In general, the first 2-3 days were in SHOCK. But then new staff appeared, new dishes appeared........ in general, by the end of our vacation, everything began to improve. The manager, Kalib, like, constantly apologized to everyone, said that the hotel was just starting to work, they were recruiting staff and everything would be OK soon, I VERY BELIEVE IN IT AND WISH THIS HOTEL PROSPERITY, SINCE THE LOCATION IS SIMPLY SUPER, THE CENTER, THE FIRST LINE, AND THE MAIN OWN REEF - VERY VERY GORGEOUS.

Check-out 5 hours earlier is also very unpleasant, it turns out a total loss of a day of rest.
Our conclusions are as follows, for 15 thousand UAH for two, our vacation was super, of course there are questions about nutrition, but what we were going for AND THIS SEA AND FISH 100% EXPECTED.
I HOPE THE TEAM OF THE HOTEL WILL BRING IT TO THE MIND AND THE HOTEL WILL PROSPERE AS EARLIER.
