There was a market near the hotel where you could buy fruits and souvenirs. To the right of the hotel - shops, pharmacies. The guide at the hotel is terrible, that's all I can say about him. He is wild, you can’t ask him anything, you can’t talk to him normally, he gets angry if you take his time. We did not buy any tours from him.
