I chose the hotel from the pictures, it was on the first line, which was a priority for me. When I arrived, at first everything was fine, however, the food was bad, but I think, okay, in principle, the ticket was not expensive. . I wanted to go to the sea. I was settled quickly, I asked for a room on the second floor, and they settled me there, but that's just me. When a man with a stroke arrived there, he lay in the hall until the police arrived. The hotel did not even give the phone number to the police. People were brought there, there were no places for them, they were settled in other hotels, people sat and slept there for days, and when they were settled in the rooms, they didn’t have a bed, nothing. There were no towels in my room either. For the entire stay was removed 1 time and then only when I asked. When I arrived, there were few people, they gave one piece of fish, one tomato, one cucumber. Then a lot of tourists arrived, and if breakfast is at 7, then the queue should already be taken at 6 in the morning and until the queue reaches me, there will be nothing at all. Their lunch starts at one in the afternoon, I somehow came at two, it was already empty everywhere, a mess. . I took rice and asked for a fork. They didn’t give me a fork, I followed this waiter (he, by the way, washed the toilets there too) and started filming this situation on video, he started pushing, fighting, pulling the phone out of his hands, saying that it was impossible to film. My hands were trembling, but still, I took it off, in the end I didn’t eat. When I came to dinner in the evening, I had already arrived in advance, I left a plate of food on the table to go get water. When I returned to the table, my plate was taken away. They just took the food, and I went to the room in tears. At that moment I was alone in the restaurant, I had no one to turn to for help. then, they let half of the people into the restaurant, and the other half - no. There was a family there, a couple with a small child, the child was crying, the man tried to go into the restaurant, they didn’t let him in, with terrible swearing. . . i. e. if you entered a restaurant once, you can’t go in again, all the tourists were hungry there. Their swimming pool is quite good, as for a 4 * hotel, it was clean, they cleaned it, it is far from the sea, I would not say that this is the first line, rather the second. They have a very good pontoon, the reef is beautiful. On the beach there are not enough sun loungers for everyone, mattresses too, there is no bar. If at 12 o’clock they bring some juice in a saucepan to the beach, who managed to take it, he did it, who didn’t, he didn’t. There was nothing else on the beach, and if there was a mattress, it was such that it was disgusting to lie on it. Beach towels were not changed, only once, I think they changed, I don’t remember. I went on a boat trip, the quality was good. The guide came and quickly explained everything. He immediately said that our hotel sucks, so that we would not contact him. Then I called him, asked him to do something, he said that he quit. Then there were 2 other guides, they were trying to find out something, but what can they do.... I sent them everything and showed them. I can rate this hotel at zero, 1 point could be given for the sea, but this is not their merit.
