Of course, I had to pay for breakfast for $ 7, since we were very hungry from the road.
With grief, we managed in half to change into a spa on the beach (as the homeless wandered), as at least somehow pass the hour before settling.

When settling in, the most interesting thing began, we were given three rooms next to each other in building 7. The rooms are in a terrible state, the ceiling near the front door is swollen from flooding with protruding wires, in the bathroom there is a shower cabin with a fungus, a pulled curtain weighs, the furniture is pulled, worn out and molded, the balcony door DOES NOT CLOSE AT ALL !! ! That is, come in from the street whoever you want! Three beds, although all in pairs, without children - why did they not understand?
Of course, we went to swear at the reception, they began to tell us that with our food class, the settlement was only in building 7! By the way, this was a lie, since the couple, who arrived a day later from us, settled immediately in building 5
So, then there was a meeting with a representative of Join Up Katya, a lot of time passed until we got to the point that we would change the food system by paying an additional $ 240, we were relocated to better class rooms and additional imported drinks and meals in a la carte restaurants were available to us
At the bars, 90% of the bartenders are frostbitten, you can’t interrogate them. Most likely, this is such a tactic of the hotel to save money.
We went three times to a la carte, after a fish restaurant, my husband and girlfriend were poisoned with high fever, vomiting and diarrhea. The second time we were in Italian - it passed. But for the last time we went and everyone's stomachs were seething on the next day.
In general, the vacation was not successful and this was for 50 thousand UAH ((it's a shame and sad. Savoy charlatans who ruined our vacation. I'm not an evil person, but I will be forced to distribute this information about the hotel so that other tourists save themselves and their children about a similar situation .
