We arrived at the hotel at about 11 o'clock in the morning, at the reception (after reading the reviews) they gave $ 10 and asked to be placed in a good room. Because according to the rules, check-in is from 14-00, prepared to wait. They brought us wet towels and juice. And after 15 minutes, oddly enough, they invited me to go to my room. Our things were carried by their porter. We immediately didn’t like the room, because we didn’t like it. I went with my husband for a wedding anniversary and chose a room with one large bed from our tour operator Coral trevel, but got it with 2 separate beds... though overlooking the pool on the 2nd floor 2208. We returned to the reception and asked for another room, to which they were very surprised in response. Showed us 2 more rooms - similar. So we stayed in the first one. Now in more detail, the room is shabby with a very dirty stained chair, which was asked to be changed. 2 lamps did not work, an old-style TV, a refrigerator practically did not cool and the smell from it was just awful !! ! The safe on the 2nd day stopped working (batteries ran out), they asked to replace 5!! ! Once. After calling the reception on the trail. a day and statements of dissatisfaction after an hour of waiting in the room, an incomprehensible person came, replaced the batteries - it didn’t help, they waited another half an hour until another person came to set up something there. Special thanks for the good cleaning (left $ 1 on the bed and upon arrival received "sculptures" from towels, good shampoos, etc. ).
Now special attention to the fish restaurant "Moonlight" - let's go celebrate the anniversary... in the advertisement they write a large selection of dishes - 4 types of main dishes and snacks and that's it !! ! They ordered shrimp - rubber, and Metaxa cognac was an incomprehensible slop. They threw $85 for 2 down the drain.
We went to the grill restaurant Cactus - very nice waiters and chefs, delicious food - I recommend it.

Restaurant La Terrassa - not edible!! ! And the waiters are very unfriendly.

Water every day when cleaning the room 1.5 liters and at the bar near the reception and in La Terrace bottled unlimited. The water is good.
Now there is a bar near the reception - the bartenders there are just great, they don't make faces, as they do in some Reef oasis bars, they are helpful, friendly and sincere. Special thanks to them.

Now for the SPA: it just sucks - paid $ 85 for 2 and got an under-massage for 2, I got a chocolate wrap and an aloe mask. Hammam without light and water))) Sauna 40°, Jacuzzi does not work. Disposable slippers - NO!! ! The film for wrapping, as I understand it, is reusable. Everything is kind of dirty, neglected...

On the last evening before departure, we went to the reception to clarify the time of departure and pay for the extra. services - they paid with a card and went to rest at a table under a canopy on the street near the bar, about half an hour later a person from the reception came up to us and said that there was a malfunction with the computer and we were counted the amount more than necessary. Asked to come to the terminal to make a refund. He issued a cancellation check and said that the money would come in the morning. Before we left, we paid again in cash.
