Parents rested from 03/03/18 to 03/10/18. On the day of arrival, they were brought at 21.00, the restaurant just closed, no one was going to feed until people began to resent and took out sausage sandwiches (compared to how it was in other hotels - no matter how many people were brought at least at 23.00 - they always fed very well) . When checking into the room it was very dirty, someone ate chips or cereal - so it lay on the floor near the bed, they cleaned it badly. In a double room there was one cup - and so the parents drank water all week from one cup. Shower gel, water until you ask - no one put it. The choice of food is not great. Parents are not very happy, perhaps when there is something to compare. It felt like we were staying at a 3***.
