Everything started great. The plane without delay was filed for landing and arrived even 10 minutes earlier. We arrived quickly at the hotel. At the reception, we were immediately offered wet, mint-smelling, cold towels and pineapple juice. They put on bracelets and sent for breakfast. They warned that check-in was from 14 and you need to wait, as soon as the rooms are free - we will be settled. We went for the second day on our feet, slept on the plane for a maximum of 2 hours. Hard physically. The legs were swollen to an incredible size and the desire to get into the shower and take a horizontal position was the only and persistent)) the husband came up twice and asked to resolve the issue, offered to pay extra for the room, etc. I had to wait until 14! But we had breakfast and lunch and just blunted! Probably tired. You could easily change your clothes and calmly go to the beach or to the pool. But we stubbornly sat until 14)) Therefore - if you arrive in the morning - prepare everything so that after receiving the bracelets go for a walk to the settlement!
At 14:05 we were handed the keys and taken to the room. Ground floor with access to the garden. Perhaps this is considered the worst option, but we were glad: it was quiet and calm outside our window.
The room is clean and comfortable. Furniture in excellent condition. Clean bed. Clean bathroom. Inconvenience - no bidet, but everything else is great: bathrobes, slippers, towels. They cleaned the room every other day, since I myself hung Do Not Disturb on the door. No nauseating petals or towel swans - everything is clean, tidy and understanding. I don't like their bedspreads and blankets tucked under the mattress. Our cleaner turned out to be very smart and tolerant: after cleaning, the benches with bedspreads stood separately from the bed, there were blankets on them, and the duvet cover was simply laid out without stuffing it under the mattress. These are trifles - but it's nice that your wishes are respected here. He didn’t touch personal things, he didn’t fold roses from my dresses! And I really liked it))

Of course, you need to take a fumigator with you, since mosquitoes appear from nowhere and they are there. In the evening we did not open the balcony.
The next morning we went to meet the guide, everything was as usual and listened to all sorts of suggestions for an hour, but... it was not pushy and without threats, not like the guides of Join Up do))
On the second day they brought us a plate of fruit and sweets. Of course, all this is in the restaurant, but....This is attention to the guests - and it's nice!
Food: with my critical and pretentious attitude to everything - Mo's did not disappoint me. We didn't eat at the restaurants of the Reef, we didn't even have the desire, because everything is just wonderful. We didn’t even take advantage of the A la carte offers! I do not eat meat, but I was constantly in a gastronomic delight. To say that the chef is trying is putting it mildly! He just goes above and beyond for what was delicious, beautiful, nutritious and varied. Every day seafood for lunch and dinner. A bunch of grilled vegetables, fresh, all kinds of rolls, etc. A day later, octopuses, there were king prawns, fish for lunch and dinner! There was even sushi! With vegetables, but still! For every taste and appetite. Fruits: melon, watermelon, nectarines, peaches, apples, fresh dates. A bunch of sweets of all kinds. Drinks are brought. Cleanliness all around, cleaning everything all day long.
During the day, poolside guests are brought wet cold towels smelling of mint and drinks: mojito, cola, coffee! And I think it's awesome!
Internet: on the lobby and by the pool and in the room - excellent Internet. I haven't watched movies, but Facebook. Viber - no problem! Its coverage area does not reach the beach, of course, but I didn’t need to))
Water park: of course, it looks worse with each visit. In the pools, the paint has peeled off from the bottom, so it is very unpleasant to touch the rough surface with your feet. The stairs don't look very good, and the three slides for adults get boring quickly. But across the road is a huge water park - so you can go there once.

Another important point, but this is rather a wish for the hotel management - the rooms are very dark and it is almost impossible to read in the evening. At least a table lamp or sconce would be nice to place.
With evening entertainment, both adults and children have something to do.
You can swim in the pools from 8 am to 6 pm. We turned to Guest Relations - Valeria and resolved the issue: we were allowed to swim at 6 o'clock in the morning. Which also made me very happy. While the cleaners came to wash near the pools, you could swim quietly for 15 minutes.
Beach: clean, the guy at the issue of towels makes sure that they do not take from 6 to several sunbeds and rightly so. It's a shame for fellow countrymen: one resorts to the beach and takes 4-6 sunbeds, leaves and everyone comes to 9-10. The Italians are shocked by this. They could not understand why they were doing it)) The bar is super, the guy is polite and tidy! We didn’t go for french fries and pizza - but even there everyone says OK!
Of the unpleasant and it does not apply to the hotel and guest service!
The moment about families with children who can do anything ((I understand that slippers will fly at me now)) Parents of children running and screaming all over the lobby simply abstract from this noise, but you are not alone in the hotel! No one reacts to the remarks of the staff: neither the children nor their parents. And it's terrible. Come to rest and constantly extinguish aggression in yourself, because such a screech and scream blows the roof off. And it’s not the children’s fault, of course, but their fucked-up parents who knew how to “do” But didn’t know how to educate. No respect for the environment. There are so many of them: on the beach, in the pool, near which you can go crazy. Some jump despite the warning signs.
In general, I love Sentido and hope to come back more than once! And the difference, for example, even with Reef Oasis is very significant!! ! Especially in cleanliness, attitude of staff and of course food.
