We rested at Sharm Cliff in October 2008. I have never been an overly demanding tourist with curled fingers and overstated demands from the series of "not looked at it that way", "not cleaned up like that". But. . . I didn't like the hotel. This is far from my first trip abroad, including Egypt / Turkey, so there is something to compare and constructively evaluate all the pros and cons. In my opinion, the hotel has a number of serious disadvantages, "thanks" to which all its advantages are greatly lost.
First, the location. For me, going down the stairs is not a problem, BUT: if it were normal . . In the meantime, it is a concrete slab with rebar sticking out from all sides, without railings and other necessary things. On our trip, one boy fell very hard there, injured his leg. In fact, you can’t even go down it, because. downstairs is fenced off. But there are no alternatives. Yes, there is a shuttle, but very rarely, and even more so in the evening.
Secondly, the territory, or rather its absence. In fact, the hotel is two separate buildings, and between them a swimming pool. Everything. Well, there is also a sports ground for volleyball/basketball. . . Of course, you can go down to Naaba Bay, but palm trees, tropical plants and other beauties that we are going to Egypt for, will not be there either.

Thirdly, the environment of the hotel. Still, it is important when there are other hotels near the hotel. Here, there are only construction sites nearby, and a number of them are very active, with equipment, etc. In fact, construction is going on from all sides. We were "lucky", the room overlooked the least noisy, but nevertheless, from time to time we saw builders, equipment, etc. there. it is within easy reach... 3 meters, no more...
The best rooms are located in a small building, which is next to the pool, but Russian tourists are given rooms there in extremely rare cases. We asked for a room there, demanded $40. I didn’t want to swear at night after a long road, so we settled where we could. Standard size room, I was pleased with the huge balcony, though I didn’t want to sit on it at all because of the terrible view. . .
As for everything else - food, service - everything was a solid four. The room was cleaned quite well. The truth was that when they didn’t leave a tip, they rolled towels into different patterns for us, but when they left it, the room was cleaned classically... Somehow strange)))
We liked the restaurant very much, the food was good, tasty. They did not indulge in variety, but meat, chicken, vegetables, side dishes, fruits, various sweets were always available.
Very pleased with the presence of two beaches. One - right on Naama Bay, sandy, clean. There is a small coral.
The second one is completely coral, it takes about 20 minutes to get to it, but it's worth it! Insanely beautiful))) A huge number of different fish, marine life, even moray eels were seen.
On the territory of the hotel there is a wonderful hookah - very cozy, the hookah is prepared excellent and for a penny... only 5 tugriks or 1 dollar. You can also order delicious hibiscus there.
The animation is very weak, there is a Russian boy Sasha and a girl Nastya. They showed activity only when there was a paid lottery... True, they once took me to a free disco in a nightclub. There is no disco in the hotel.
As a result, I give the hotel a solid 3-ku. I won't go there next time. But I really liked my vacation thanks to a good company, with which I didn’t have to sit with a room at all (and sleep too)) and an insanely beautiful sea with fish! Say hello to them)))
