We went to rest on our honeymoon in February, we chose the hotel because it had a heated pool (for the winter period in Egypt, the water is quite cool), as well as an affordable price. Before that, there was an experience of staying in a 3-star hotel in Turkey.
We checked in late, around 11pm. The hotel struck with its size, as well as with a gorgeous view from the site: the hotel is located on a hill, and from the central terrace of Naama Bay, in full view, a wonderful view. On the territory of the hotel there are two swimming pools, water slides, a stage for animation, there are even small shops with souvenirs and a paid clinic.
Despite the fact that dinner time had already passed, the staff delivered snacks to our room, which was very pleasing, because we did not eat for almost a day with all flights and transfers. There were wonderful buns, sausage, cheese, and also water. In addition, our luggage was delivered to us, we did not have to carry it ourselves.

I would like to note a comfortable room, it’s a pity that we had two single beds (this is for newlyweds), but we connected the beds and got a double bed)) The room has a TV with 2 Russian channels, air conditioning, towels, bathroom combined with a toilet. There was even soap and shampoo (in a Turkish hotel, for example, this was not the case). There was also a working safe, hair dryer, armchairs and access to a small terrace overlooking the inner park.
Cleaning was every day, I even had to say that they would come to clean up tomorrow (again, in a Turkish hotel, tidying was once every 7 days). The reception staff is very polite and friendly, speaks excellent English, so knowing English was not difficult for me to discuss certain points. In Russian, the staff at the reception did not speak Russian well, but the attendants spoke it quite tolerably.
Now about food. The menu was varied, including late breakfasts and snacks between main meals. In Egypt, excellent pastries, which they themselves made in the hotel, very tasty buns. Meat, however, was not enough, more and more often there was chicken. A variety of vegetable salads, soups and even sweets. On the open terrace, the chef regularly cooked: scrambled eggs for breakfast, pasta for lunch, local meat pies for dinner, similar to shawarma or pasties. Hot, hot, as they say.
The bar was a little disappointing. There were only small plastic cups, the beer ended already in the first half of the day, and the rest of the drinks were not strong at all, they drank just like soda. But if you consider that it is very difficult to find alcohol in the city, because. Egypt as a whole does not accept alcohol, taking into account Islam, this can be justified.
Finally, I want to note the following. We lived alone, but we stopped at the same time with another group of tourists. And on the last day, we heard how much they were indignant about the hotel, giving low marks for the quality of services and service. They did not understand half of what the staff told them, because they did not speak English, interpreted all actions incorrectly, saw insults where there were none. Don't know what they expected from a 4 star hotel. I really liked the hotel, and I put only the best ratings. Therefore, when reading reviews, I advise you to remember that if a person has garbage in his head, he will see garbage around him. The hotel is excellent in every way!
