Quiet, comfortable hotel, located not in the middle of the city and further from the main noisy road, next to it there are no other hotels. You can take a taxi to the Old City for $4 one way. Very beautiful location of the hotel. Good and spacious rooms. The territory is well-groomed, all in greenery and flowers, and alleys are laid along the sea and you can walk just like along the promenade. Guys animators are very positive. Every day, water aerobics, stretching, karaoke or a disco are held. In a word, they are trying to make spending time in the hotel not boring for both children and adults. The pools are cleaned every day.

But replacing beach towels is really something. When checking in, they were already in the room and without cards, and no one knows where to change them for new ones at the end of the day. The towel dispenser by the pool is permanently closed. After 2 days of use from sea salt, they became hard and quite sticky.

Almost at the end of the holiday, we managed to find cards for exchanging towels. Why does the hotel administration keep this information a secret, and the cabanas near the pool with towels are opened only to those who have already completed this “get a towel change card” marathon??!! ! Towels in the rooms are not changed every day, you also have to run out and beg to be replaced. Well, clean towels themselves in some old unwashed stains. The hotel has a nice, large beach on one side and a small beach on the other.

Now a few words about the pier. He is in a hotel made of old concrete plates, which do not lie flat under water, but due to the fact that he is sunken, covered with moss. In the morning, when the water rises, it is very difficult to walk along the pier, where the water is waist-deep and slippery. The staircase itself on the descent into the water is old wooden very slippery steps (through one and alternating with metal ones).
This is probably, if suddenly someone slips on a wooden one, so that there would be an opportunity to crack on the next metal one : ). Everything is for the “convenience” of tourists and for adrenaline, since each trip to swim is a huge portion of it, since vacationers (many with small children in their arms) need to walk along this pier so as not to slip and not beat or break their legs / hands (very many fell on it). At the same time, it is necessary to run this distance faster, because in the waist-deep water past the vacationers, surgeon fish simply curl one after another.

The most interesting thing is the descent into the water along the stairs, because on these old steps, right in the middle, a huge surgeon fish found a place for itself to feed, which it aggressively guarded ALL DAY like a dog with a plate of food.
This very beautiful fish-surgeon directly rushed to the feet of the rest, so holding hands on the old handrails, it was necessary to do acrobatic stunts, jumping into the water and jumping out of it onto slippery steps. This very dangerous fish cut someone every other day. She cut it in the truest sense of the word, since one child was taken to the hospital for stitches, and at the end of the rest, she cut the tendon of one man. Administration, is it really so difficult to replace 4 steps with new ones, so that such dangerous animals do not cut the legs of your hotel guests almost every day??!! ! Is it really difficult to repair the pier, so that it would be convenient to enter without knocking down your legs?!


There are boxes for antiseptics hanging throughout the hotel, but none of them have these antiseptics. All rest they are empty. Coming to the restaurant to eat there is nowhere to wash your hands, the staff sends you to wash your hands in the toilet near the pool. And this is in conditions of covid !!!
There are no antiseptics, wash your hands wherever you want, or don't wash at all. How sweet it all is!

The food at the hotel deserves separate reviews, although my family and I never pay attention to it at all, but here it led us, so to speak, to surprise and slight misunderstanding. All products are behind glass and are issued by the staff, which, as for me, is very correct during the covid period.
The choice of food is very small and every day the same breakfast, lunch and dinner. For lunch, as well as for dinner, chicken, beef goulash and specific fatty fish (tastes like catfish) are always prepared from meat in the same way. From fruits - watermelon and melon, 1 time there was grapes. Grill once a week, where they give out as much as 1 small piece of fish and no more. In general, the distribution of products is interesting. I go up with an empty plate to take salad and olives. I was given 2 pcs. olives in the literal sense of the word, I didn’t have time to ask for more, as they shoved a plate at me and left. I think, okay with those olives, I'll take a salad.

rest for dinner there was nothing at all with meat. I am indifferent to meat, but I have two more family members who are hungry without it. They decided to take at least pasta, it turned out that it was also a finish. Very wonderful was the dinner with legumes and greens. The most interesting thing is that there is everything for their local vacationers, they don’t give them 2 olives each, as they give us full plates to the locals. And the products that are the finish line for us are taken out to them. Such a separation of people in this hotel surprised and led to a slight misunderstanding, since this was not seen anywhere else. Now about the Pizza Bar, which is open from 13.00 to 14.00. They came the 1st time at 13.35 we were told that everything was already done, but they could give out another 1 pizza (it is small, but we don’t need more). We thought, they probably need to close the bar before 14.00 and it makes no sense to put more pizzas in the oven, maybe people don’t really take them here, but no ...at 13.45 a family comes to order pizza, they are told - everything is closed. They say it's still the time of the bar, but the cook shouts EVERYTHING!
The most interesting thing is that at 14.20 a local family came for pizza and they accepted the order with a smile, gave out 5 pieces. The finish line is for everyone, everyone has everything in their own! It is very interesting! The bar supposedly offers 4 types of pizza, but in fact it is all the same pizza base with tomato paste and a little cheese. Where olives, arugula, tomatoes should be, 2 slices of tomato are on top, and a little more cheese is added to 4 cheese pizza. Check-out from the hotel at 12.00, and check-out at 20.00, they asked about extending the room for 35 €, but for some reason you have to check out the room before 18.00, although you pay for 12 hours. To pay half the daily price for things to lie in the room for 6 hours, for a shower and to change clothes normally?!
Since the bracelets, regardless of the extension of the number, are cut off at 12.00, so that, God forbid, no one drank an extra glass of water. Such a concept as "Shower room" (for an additional fee) was not heard in this hotel.
The administration replies that you can take a shower outside near the pool, dry off without a towel and change clothes in the toilet. As a result, a very interesting spectacle comes out when people are forced to wash and change clothes before leaving almost on the beach, where there are no changing cabins.

I will never advise anyone to go to Labranda, as this is the worst hotel in which we have ever rested. In fact, it is now worse than the 3rd, only the territory remains good.
