Ужасный отель!!!! Terrible hotel!!!!

Returned literally two days ago from this terrible hotel in 4*!!!!!!! ! I wouldn't even give 1*! ! There is something to compare with, they didn’t even get into such a 3 * ku! We arrived at the hotel at about 8 am, the key was given somewhere in 30 minutes, for breakfast, which until 9 am, we were not allowed! We came to the room, old, dirty, the bed feels like it hasn't even been washed! All the bedspreads had holes, stains, etc. 1 towel for the face, asked for more towels, we were together with a child of 16 years old, They brought another one for the face, went to the reception, asked for more large towels, didn’t even hint at the legs, so like these brought in two stages! (I will say in advance that for 7 days the towels were not changed even once, each time they asked for clean ones! ) The only socket in the room was broken, but they fixed it quickly! Soap, shampoos for 7 days were given only 2 times and then they waited 3 times !! ! Recalling a hundred times a day! In the room for 7 days they never swept or washed the floor, at least I specially noticed a green leaf on the floor,
which lay there until our departure! Maybe they washed, but I did not notice the cleanliness! The furniture is old and dingy in places! Okay, we agreed with the number, hoping for a buffet, went for lunch and just fucked up....slop... tasteless, no diversity for the week !!!! ! pasta, rice, pasta and rice soup, zero salads, cabbage, cucumbers, such as blue and zucchini, no ketchup, mayonnaise and other sauces! For lunch, breakfast and dinner are the same every day! The omelette is cold, the meat is rare and the fish was given out in micro pieces!!! ! Sweets 1-2 types and those portioned micropieces per person, fruits sometimes orange and melon, and then, if you came later, they are gone and they cut it very reluctantly, in general, there was not enough for everyone !!! ! I feel sorry for the child who, having arrived in another country, ate such rubbish! Zero bread! Only tortillas, no cheeses, no yoghurts! Well, nothing! I even lost weight! Of the drinks, tea and coffee, if there is any, then yuppies! At the bar, whiskey, rum, vodka are constantly running out!
Cola, sprite, fanta. Water was not given to the rooms, in the cooler there was water in the canteen from the tap! We bought a 5 liter eggplant for $ 1 in the nearest supermarket. It's good that there are shops nearby, that you can buy at least something, and the old town is not far away! With fruits, souvenirs, products! Trade everywhere! Transfer to the sea once, maybe in the summer and more often, but there were a lot of people, sometimes they didn’t have to wait for the transfer yet, they took a taxi to the beach! The transfer was at 9:30 and back at 14:00. So the beach, the beach is at the bottom, you have to go down the stairs, there are sunbeds for each hotel, which are sorely lacking for everyone who had time, he sat down! The sunbeds are old, the only thing that pleased me was the sea! Clean, with a normal entrance, but special slippers, as there are stones and corals further, with a rich marine life, including hedgehogs! Swimming with a mask is fun! ! This is the only thing we liked! At check out, which we had at 1:30 at night,

rations were brought to us after a request (the guide didn’t order anything for us! ) Cakes, sausage and soy cheese, plasticine, 2 tomatoes and 2 peppers, all this is simply wrapped in a transparent plastic bag, like dogs! No water, nothing! In general, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, for any money!!! ! We took the tour for almost $400 for two the day before departure, some people even paid $600-650!!! ! Everyone was in shock! This is not a 4 * ka!!! ! Do not spoil your vacation, rest and impressions of Egypt!!!!
Regarding excursions, do not take from the hotel guide, prices are 2-3-4 times more expensive than the same guide from the beach! Quite calmly, you can take it on the beach, as a result, they go on these excursions and those that they took at the hotel, for big money, and oh, who took it on the beach! Don't overpay!
