We chose this hotel, guided by the average cost for the tour from the list offered on the website of the Pegas Tourist operator. Previously, we were told that the flight to Egypt would be through Israel, the road could take 5 hours in total. But in fact, we got from the airport to the hotel in 16 hours! ! The check-in was supposed to be around 6 pm on January 2, but actually happened at 2.30 on January 3. At the reception behind the counter was an administrator who barely spoke only English. Swarms of mosquitoes around. We asked for water but he pointed to his watch and said the restaurant was closed. And we were terribly hungry and exhausted - they didn’t feed us on the plane of the Nord Wind airline, they seized water at the airports. They settled in a room with a leaking toilet, with dirty walls from cigarette smoke and dead mosquitoes, with stale linen, blankets with burnt holes and blood stains. The lighting is dim - the color of objects is even difficult to distinguish. Curtains broken in the bathroom, dirty towels. They wanted to change the room, but we were refused. The next day, they came for breakfast not at 7 am, but at 7.30 - almost all the food was sorted out before us. When meeting with the operator of Pegasus Dmitry, all 10 people began to express indignation at the living conditions, to which they received an answer: "What claims can you have against Pegasus if you yourself chose this tour and this hotel? "
We changed the room, made a request for the repair of the air conditioner - it was very cold in the rooms (many caught a cold, coughed, sneezed and even fell ill in the room for three days), we hoped to turn on the heating, but the air conditioners were programmed for 19-20 degrees, nothing will change. Mosquitoes constantly hover in the bathroom and in the room. A day later they sprayed with an aerosol, caught and beaten by hand. Sleep was disturbed by the noise of flying planes in the morning, in the evening and at night. We were assured that the tap water is not always cold, it is worth waiting 5 minutes and it will warm up. Lie. They even washed their hair with cool water, it's good that at least the hair dryer worked. There is no balcony or place to dry clothes.
The food is very poor and monotonous. Pieces of fish or meat balls with a diameter of 2 cm were given out by chefs only 2 pieces per person. Tea is only black, to brew, you need to stand in line for boiling water - there was one kettle for the entire dining room. The dishes were not washed well. Mosquitoes are there too.

A minibus carries you to the beach, which you can not get into on the first try and you are left with nothing at the hotel. The beach is not cleaned from cigarette butts, labels and other debris. A bar where everything costs $3. It is forbidden to bring drinks and food with you, otherwise you will be fined. Steep steps lead to the beach, which have collapsed or worn out in places. There are no toilets, showers or changing rooms.
Once we went to some evening of animation - a "professional karaoke performer" sang songs there (I really liked this title).
The flight back was on January 10 at about 10 am, but with things to go out we were already at 23.30 on January 9. Thus, the road took us more than a day, that is, we paid for accommodation from January 2 to 10, but in fact we were from January 3 to 9.
We do not advise anyone to choose tours at Pegasus and this seedy hotel.
