In general - normal, but the second time I would not want to get into this hotel.
I'll tell you in detail, in case someone needs the information.
Straight to the pros:
1. A beach with corals - what I dreamed about - I swam with a mask and snorkel and saw enough of colorful fish right on our beach. We saw stingrays, long thin fish, Dory fish from the cartoon Nemo and many others.
On the beach itself, you can take a mask, snorkel, fins, shoes - buy or rent. We brought our masks and snorkels, but there weren’t enough special shoes - a lot of corals and all kinds of living creatures - it was scary to step on the bottom, especially when I saw how the stingray hides under the sand at the bottom : )
2. The staff is polite, although they do not speak Russian and English very well, but they try to help. The guys who work in the kitchen are all nice, helpful. Unfortunately, the dishes weren't washed perfectly...
3.

The bed was clean, the mattresses were comfortable, the furniture was comfortable - a sofa by the window, an armchair, a pouffe and a table with a mirror, a wardrobe, a bedside table.
4. We arrived early in the morning at the hotel and waited only 1.5 hours for check-in, that is, about 8 am, although check-in is usually at 14:00. We didn’t get breakfast (because the check-in was from lunch) - we were offered to pay an extra $ 3 per person to eat, but we had our own food, so they refused to pay.
5. We had a night check-out - at our request, they collected breakfast (6 buns with cheese and sausage, two cucumbers, two guavas).
6. They give out large beach towels - you can take fresh ones both in the morning and in the afternoon, the main thing is not to forget to return them on time, otherwise the guy who is responsible for them will be nervous.

Minuses:
1. There was no hot water in our room, it was cool “room temperature” - since we rested in January and the weather was not hot at all, such a temperature in the shower was very uncomfortable - we washed rarely and in parts.
This moment was frustrating, although I heard from people that not all rooms have this problem.
2. Food is poor - there is no variety and the food quickly got tired. I rested in 3 * hotels in Turkey and the food there was noticeably better. In Amarein, even vegetables were scarce - a lot of chopped cabbage, cucumbers, peppers. Meat and fish were almost always for lunch and dinner, but always the same. Of the side dishes - potatoes, rice and very rarely pasta. Occasionally, some casseroles and other incomprehensible sauces were added. Black tea from a bag, instant coffee from a bag, but often there was no milk for it. There were delicious buns, a couple of times they got on donuts in chocolate, there were always delicious biscuits. From fruits - always guava and dates, occasionally oranges, once there was a melon. I heard that there was a slander, but I never saw her in a week. Breakfast is poor - every day scrambled eggs, some vegetables, occasionally fell on pancakes. They also used mashed potatoes occasionally.
Well, there were milk and jams for breakfast cereals.

3. The beach is far away - they take them there twice a day, but their schedule was not convenient for us, we often walked from the beach ourselves - about 50 minutes to go. There were no changing rooms on the beach.
4. Although the rooms were occasionally cleaned, the floor was still dirty, the mattresses were dusty, the toilet was leaking and there was an unpleasant smell of ammonia all the time.
5. No place to dry swimsuits and towels. They dried on chairs and a table, which we had at the window on the street on display for all the neighbors and without any fence. And then some neighbors took away one chair from us ...

In the evenings, the bar played loud music, but often it did not bother us. People wrote about the noise from the planes - it was hard to hear in the room, such noises did not wake me up day or night.
There were not many mosquitoes in the room - they ventilated the room only during the day, and put a fumigator at night. There are a lot of mosquitoes on the street, of course.
If you need to sit in the evening at a bar or at entertainment, then you need to smear yourself with mosquito repellent cream.
Entertainment: there was yoga a couple of times a week (or every day - I don’t know for sure). I saw from the window that yoga classes were being held, but I don’t know what the schedule is. At the reception, perhaps, it would be possible to find out.
In the evenings, there were some other entertainments in the bar area - there were tapchans and a stage. But we never went there, so I don’t know what kind of concerts the local animator arranged there.
If you often go on excursions, then the hotel is quite normal - we left three times for the whole or half a day, instead of dinner we went to the center to a restaurant to try local seafood, so we were often absent.
