Minuses:
1. Far from the beach 4.1 km (1 hour walk at a brisk pace, cutting corners). A small bus takes you to the beach 2-3 times in the morning, it is packed, and 2 times back for lunch. After dinner, they don’t take them to the sea anymore. If someone did not get on the bus or was late, on foot or a taxi to the beach for $ 1. Complaints are useless. On the beach you need to go down and up a rather steep and unkempt staircase. The beach is not just small, but tiny, in the morning there were not always enough sunbeds for everyone, in the afternoon it was free. Vacationers from 5 hotels huddle on this piece of El Fanar beach.

At the same time, the employees of the hotels of this beach managed to sell its central best part for $ 3 to their own, who did not have enough space, and to foreign tourists who do not have such corals and fish on the beaches. Here is a place for great diving and yachts constantly bring lovers here. The so-called "bar" on the beach is just a booth. Tea, coffee for a fee $ 1, beer - $ 3, fruit - $ 3. There is no toilet on the beach, everyone goes to the sea, even seriously if they screw it up.
2. The room we came across is shady, gloomy, uncomfortable. There is no glass in the balcony door, covered with a thick curtain. To open the door to the balcony, you need to make a lot of effort and skill, because it sank. 2 times said at the reception - they pretend that they do not understand. The balcony is tiny for one person only, two will not fit. The room had a strong smell of sewerage and something else incomprehensible. The lighting is very dim.
You have to beg for toilet paper and small laundry soap at the reception almost on your knees. No shower gel, no shampoo at all. Buy here or bring your own. And why? There was no hot water at all. Summer tap water flowed jerkily, asked the reception if there would be hot water? Answer: the repair, which lasted all 2 weeks. The cleaning of the room was limited to taking out the garbage once every few days. During our 2 weeks we have never changed towels or bed linen. Bed linen and blanket with some unpleasant and incomprehensible smell. The room has a large double bed, comfortable mattress, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer in the bathroom - everything works.
3. Food is monotonous and meager even for my unpretentious taste. The food is spicy, not suitable for children, although they write baby food. The children refused to eat it.
For dinner, a melon and sometimes an orange were given daily, there were no other fruits. All dishes are served in portions by distributors, you can only take a salad yourself. Soy sausage, cheese-cheese product. Milk - diluted dry, coffee - instant powder. And milk and coffee diluted to the maximum, tasteless. The tea is good, because it is packaged and it is not possible to spoil it. Cutlery and seating during rush hour was not enough, you had to wait. Wine, beer in the dining room was not supposed to. In the bar beer, wine yes $, tea, coffee, spirits for free. Can't say about the quality, haven't tried it. Cakes, fruits are given out by the distributor by the piece.

4. Excursions. There are no free ones at all, even an introductory tour of the city. Every evening, in turn, the beach hotel bus takes $ 1 to the old city, Naama Bay and $ 2 to Soho. Excursions were bought on the beach from the guide Hazim. Some are cheaper than in the city and certainly cheaper than the hotel guide.
