Rested from 12 to 19 August 2016.
Rest was a success.
For those who think that for 900 bucks a week with a flight for two they will be provided with 5 * European service - this hotel is not for you.
Tour operator Join UP.
1. Airport. Upon arrival, before passing through passport control, a representative of Join UP / SUN International meets at the counter. Noting at home gives a registration card for passport control. There is no problem filling it out: last name, first name, date of birth, passport series / number and tick the box next to “tourism”. A VISA is needed if you plan to rest for more than 14 days or are going on an excursion to the pyramids !! ! (a large poster with info hangs or a representative will tell you everything). We did not plan to go on excursions, so we saved $50.

2. Settlement. We got to the hotel at about 22:00 local time (-1 hour from Kiev). The representative of the tour operator arranged for us to be fed a little (slicing). And because We had a late check in, lunch was moved to the day of departure. The hotel is half empty. At the reception they settled in the second line, even though our "standard" is 5 and above. They didn’t demand money, but they hinted that they didn’t mind from gratitude. I singled out ten of the savings on the visa.
3. Nutrition. As for me - excellent. There were few people, so there was enough for everyone (some, however, complained about the lack of chops - how so, 5 * and no chops! Scream !!! ). In general, I have no complaints about the restaurant. It's cool to watch how ours pick up plates with a slide and it's disgusting to watch how half of what they have typed is left. We got to the first breakfast at a table with the waiter Ali. Well done. I liked the way he serves and, leaving, left a buck. So he caught up in the corridor and "swore eternal love. " Then they just sat next to him.
4. Animation. The guys tried. In the afternoon we walked along the beach, offered aerobics, etc. Show program in the evening.
5. Beach. The beach is divided into lower and upper. The lower one - along the sea - is small and with completely dead sun loungers. The upper one is much larger and with more or less normal sun loungers. I understand that the hotel operates in economy mode. But the condition of the sun loungers spoils the overall impression of the hotel!! ! The sea and reef are fabulous. The pontoons are in good condition. The concrete entrance is submerged in water, so despite being periodically brushed, it is a bit slippery.
6. Number. Ramadan took us away. There are no comments. You can find a number of little things if you wish (as some people write: the TV is not LCD, etc. ) - but we came for a week to relax, so we didn’t bother. The air conditioner worked, there was always water in the bottle, there were always 2 bottles of shampoo / gel.
7. Internet. The room is very expensive. At the reception - it's hard to call it the Internet. As always, I spent my vacation with a working beech - I suffered specifically. Then I realized that only the necessary letters should be transferred to a personal box - but it was already time to go home.

8. Representative of the tour operator. Ahmet was every evening from 18 to 20. It was possible to resolve all issues. We took 2 boat trips (Tiran and Ras Mohammed) - but with our reef - this is unnecessary. Yes, and a day of pitching on a yacht is hard to survive. Diving in Tirana is 10 minutes of slow diving to the bottom for a photo session (for which they then offered to pay). I took diving later at the hotel ($ 20 for 20-25 minutes) - I liked it very much. It would be better if I took 6 dives instead of Ras Mohammed - next time I'll be smarter.
9. Last day. Check-out until 12, bus at 18-00. We checked out, had lunch (see item 2) and went to the pool to swim. At 17-00 we took a changing room (there are mentions in other reviews) - very convenient!! ! The hotel packs a suitcase ($ 5) - you can not carry a stretch from home. Duty free in Sharm is 1.5 times more expensive than in Kiev ($ 25 for 1 liter of Bacardi against 14 EURO in Kyiv).
