It so happened that we were "lucky" to get to this hotel on a last-minute tour, the flight was a day in advance, so no one really read the reviews. I must say right away that if you plan your vacation in advance and carefully choose a place, then it is better to stop your choice at another hotel. In this hotel, if you fly, then only for "penny" - it will not be so insulting ???? .
We arrived at the hotel at 4 in the morning, we were given a bottle of 0.5 of water and were told to check in at 12, as a result, everything was delayed until 14:00, we went hungry, slept in the lobby. The deluxe room is normal, a minute walk up the stairs to the sea (there is a big step there everywhere, you will walk a lot). It cannot be said that the territory is very clean, but in general they try to look after. Cleaning in the room is normal, towels are changed, it seems that they even changed the bedding several times, but for encouragement, of course) . Now the fun part! The staff and food leave a lot to be desired, though. The hotel staff requires a special approach on the part of vacationers and nothing else. Nowhere have I seen the staff swearing among themselves, fighting, throwing cutlery in front of the guests! The first two days were simply unbearable for ordinary politeness, they received rudeness and sometimes even aggression in response, but a few days later, when they already knew us by sight and knew that we were "adequate, polite" guests + we could leave tea, the attitude towards us changed for the better, which at least slightly brightened up our holiday. Perhaps this happens because the impression of vacationers from our countries is not the best for them, which we ourselves are to blame for, BUT this does not justify the boorish behavior of the staff at 5 * (judging objectively).
Guys - animators are very cool, positive. There is animation in the hotel, in the morning and afternoon near the pool, in the evening near the main "canteen", but after 11 pm you need to have fun on your own, the music and comedy are turned off. It will be boring without good company. As for nutrition. The food is bad, to be honest. I don’t know why some people write that the food is delicious and varied, for me this is a big question. It's not tasty! We ate with the aim of just something to fill the stomach, the variety is expressed in the fact that you can be offered a salad of old rice / vermicelli mixed with yesterday's tomatoes, cabbage, etc. Fruits: melon, apple, orange. You can write a lot more about food, but I want to forget this horror as soon as possible ???? . In general, whoever searches well will stand in line for 15 minutes and find it. A la carte restaurants are a separate joke of this hotel. They will serve the same thing as in the dining room, just here you will not need to stand in line and "like there is a choice". The only thing is the 4 cheese pizza is good. By the way, here they like to wash disposable cups, sometimes straws, as I understand it, and disposable spoons for coffee, cocktails, so be careful. Save the situation the sea! Only for the sake of the sea does it make sense to fly to Egypt for a vacation, beautiful corals, in a word, beauty! In general, we had a good rest, but we will not return to this hotel and will not recommend it to friends either.
