Completely agree with the previous comment. Not the first time in Egypt! There was no such service. They also flew with the join up airline. The flight, in principle, was normal; there was no food on the plane. Arrived in the evening, the day was gone. Everything in the room is old. A pile of plaque in the toilet room. In short, this is not the worst thing compared to the staff. The food is AWESOME!! ! DRINKS ROZBADYAZHENNYE, observed personally more than once! Half of the staff mentally sent you to hell, FOR WHAT, WHEN YOU ARRIVAL TO THE HOTEL WITH ALL INCLUSIVE, you ask for that pizza in a cafe, which is prepared for FREE! And not the one that goes for $ 6... Divorce at every turn. Beer is poured into half a glass. In short DAILY SPOKED MOOD BY STAFF! The animation sucks. The only plus of this hotel is the pretty territory EVERYTHING! The only HUGE downside is the waste of money!
