Just joining all the negative reviews here! Everyone felt for themselves: the rudeness of the staff, they talk stiffly and as if we are not guests, but unexpected relatives.
We decided to go spontaneously and chose more free options around the city of departure. We hoped that the beach would compensate for the conditions... but every evening there were problems at the reception and dragged into hour-long disputes !!!
We settled in a room where the air conditioner and sockets did not work, there were 2 beds instead of 1, dirty towels (and this is only a check-in). Parents got the same number, but it looks even worse. With a scandal and regular trips to the reception, they achieved relocation to the trail. day, but the room is not particularly better. The air conditioner smelled like sewage. The faucet in the shower was broken and no one came to fix it.
They don't count a $2 tip as money (checked with porter and cleaner). They didn't even change towels and cosmetics. On the trail. the day they didn’t leave a tip at all, so they made it clear that they had come in, but they didn’t clean at all: the bed was not made, the floor was dirty, the towels were the same in the places where we left them. I had to call the front desk twice to come and clean up.
We bought Wi-Fi at the reception, it turned out to be a local scam! After 3 days, 12G ended (only Telegram was used)! They asked for a printout, we were thwarted for 3 days, and then they didn’t even slip us ours (a different device name, etc. ).
