I don't usually write reviews, but this hotel exceeded my expectations!
I have never seen such a boorish attitude towards people in hotels in Egypt!
1. Settlement - very bad! People were "crammed" 3-4 times more than they can serve. We arrived at the hotel at 7 am, even for the money before 2 pm we could not check in. People after night flights, crossings for 5-6 hours sat at the reception, they didn’t give bracelets, they didn’t even let them take water at the bar!
2. The territory is ordinary, not the worst and not the best, there are few greenery and flowers, more buildings and stairs. The rooms are not the worst for Egypt (in this price range). The water in the shower was really barely, the hotel could not cope with the number of vacationers obviously!
3. The main plus is the sea and a calm bay! The reef is good, almost all alive. The bay is not small, you can swim far, the underwater world is quite rich.

4. The beach is a different story. Sunbeds are three times less than people. If in from 6 to 7 am did not take, that's it! On the beach, the Arabs on duty occupy, then sell sunbeds to vacationers.
5. And the most disgusting thing is the food and the so-called restaurant!
It is clear that everyone goes to Egypt mainly overseas! And the question is not the quantity and variety of dishes, no! The whole horror is that people in this hotel were made into some kind of freaks who tried to snatch a piece, or a fork or a cup, otherwise - stop and wait until they bring just elementary dishes! There weren’t enough tables, the dirt was terrible, you couldn’t interrogate a napkin, they rinsed disposable plastic cups - this is horror! The dishes were washed and dirty cups, greasy plates and forks were brought in, and you still had to stand in line for them. For lunch, you had to spend 2 hours chasing the table, cutlery and food, instead of enjoying the sea.
No one expected "frills", but there is simply nothing to pour cereal into, there is no milk, if they bring it - it's water painted over with milk, tea bags are an inaccessible luxury, from a vat - a burda called coffee and tea!
It was a pity the time spent chasing dishes, a table, food! We are not talking about the quality of food and drink at all! Instead of juice - "yuppie" diluted almost to water, the beer was still in cans - the bartender shook it to a state of foam and poured 1 can into 3 plastic glasses, I have never seen anything like this! And the poor people stood and waited for something to drink, because before they even started they answered you - "Beer - finish", "Cola - finish" and everything else!
And the summary - it seems that the owner of the hotel decided to "squeeze" out of the hotel to the fullest, at any cost, to "push" into the hotel as many people as there are rooms, no matter that the staff, tables, sunbeds and food are three times less calculated.
I have not seen a worse hotel and attitude towards tourists over the past 2 years in Egypt (5 different hotels).
