НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Just returned from vacation. The hotel was chosen based on the reviews, which for some reason were positive.
So, let's start in order:
- check-in was fast;

- having entered the room, the first thing we saw on the floor was a HUGE cockroach (about 5-6 cm in length), we chased him around the room all evening. The numbers are dead! There is a dirty plastic table and 2 chairs on the balcony, they obviously have not been cleaned since last season!??? ? The closet had skewed doors that did not close all the way. The safe was broken and had to be called in to fix it. There is no toilet brush in the restroom. NO HOT WATER! We left a request for repairs at the reception, promised to fix it, but we didn’t see hot water until the end of the holiday!??? ? Soaps, shampoos, conditioners - you had to get it yourself from the cleaner. She ran around the building, looking for him and asking, despite the fact that we left the dollar in the room in the hope that everything would be well cleaned and we would be provided with everything necessary. But alas. . . The beds are torn!
- Now about the main thing - FOOD! It was just HORRIBLE! We are not the first time in Sharm el-Sheikh and we already have an idea what kind of food should be in a 5 * hotel. We have never seen this before!! ! Canteen in the truest sense of the word! I don't know how their conscience allows them to put ROTTEN fruit on the table! All salads are made from food that was not eaten the day before! The food is not tasty! There is NOTHING to drink, except for tea, and you can hardly get it (there are always no cups, then sugar, then the tea itself, then teaspoons / wooden sticks). We don’t even recommend taking free alcohol, it can’t be called a drink at all! The same applies to juices and coffee! The furniture is dead, the tables are almost all staggering, the dishes are DIRTY and sticky! Those restaurants that offer you to visit 1 time for free do not really differ in food from the buffet, only the dishes are not broken, and so all the food is the same.
- Beach - three-level, stone. I recommend going to the far left section at the bottom. There is a shallow sandy shore (when the tides are high, you can swim, like in a pool). The sun loungers are old, many of them are already broken, as are the umbrellas.
- VERY obnoxious staff! They just don't let go! Married/unmarried - they don't care! They come up hard! Definitely do not recommend girls go alone!
In short, I was VERY disappointed and do not recommend it!! !
