The holiday began with problems - almost a five-hour flight delay. Therefore, we arrived at the hotel late in the evening and in a not very good mood. But then everything went like clockwork. We were fed and quickly settled. The room turned out to be great with a great view of the least (at no extra cost).
Now everything is in order.
The location of the hotel is good. Firstly, the first line, secondly, Il Mercator is not so far away, all sorts of shops are opposite and a little further away... To the Old Town, a taxi costs 3 dollars per car, to Naamah - 5. But a free bus from the hotel carries to Naamah. Pre-registration required at reception.

BEACH is good, comfortable. Corals and fish are present. The beds are solid wood. There are enough places even in the pier area. The only thing is that the beach is not in the bay, but rather on the cape. So there was a slight breeze. For tanning, this is only a plus, but the excitement in the bathing area is not for everybody. There is always a lifeguard on the pier. It will not let you drown, even if you really want to.
The TERRITORY is large, green and well-groomed. The workers are constantly sweeping, cutting, watering. White herons run across the lawns - very beautiful. The territory is three-tiered. The first tier is the reception. The second is the main area. The third is a pool with slides and a beach. From the second tier to the third - a panoramic bodice. There are several pools, there are bars near them, there are always enough places to lie down. For quality relaxation, all conditions.
FOOD is excellent. Things are not even in the assortment, but in the quality of the dishes. Everything that was served - rice, and pasta, and potatoes, and vegetables, and fish... was prepared differently each time. But it's always delicious. Meat-eaters will not be lost: chicken, veal every day and in sufficient quantities. Fish - always. Seafood - somewhere in a day. Various fruits, melons, watermelons....Not all are equally sweet, but there was plenty to choose from. I don’t know how many extra pounds we have gained, but the chef has a huge respect for the food! What would be so fed in an Egyptian hotel - I saw for the first time.
But the Ala carte restaurants were not impressed. No, they are not bad at all, but the main restaurant is so good that it doesn't even make sense to visit Al-kart.
Drinks are the same everywhere. Beer on tap and bottled is good. Wine white and red - poor. I can't say anything about the rest.
STAFF is good. The bartenders and waiters are well-mannered, they speak Russian tolerably. Don't get bored with stupid jokes. Before picking up an unnecessary plate from the table, they will definitely ask “can I? ”. I didn't interact much with the reception staff, but the impression was good. The hotel has a guest service staffed by three girls. Who needs a statue! No one, probably, raises the rating of the hotel like these girls. Nice, courteous, competent, ready to help at any time in solving any problem. Huge respect to them!

ROOM was the standard. Spacious, clean, everything worked. Bedding and towels are brand new, snow-white. The mattresses are comfortable. The water is always hot. Cleaned in Egyptian style, without much care. This is probably the only minor remark. And of course the view from the room was fabulous (see photo).
HOLIDAYERS. A few Germans, Poles, Kazakhs. There was an English-speaking audience. But 80% are Ukrainians. There were almost no locals and Russians. In any case, Tagil was completely absent. Therefore, the atmosphere in the hotel was very friendly and calm. Charm is gradually becoming Ukrainian. Even the hotel's TV has six Ukrainian channels.
ANIMATION is not intrusive. A lot of kids.
Now for the disadvantages.
WI-FI one name. Even the receptionist did not always work somehow. If, for example, you need a stable Internet for work, buy a local SIM card.
GUIDES ODEON. Mansour Hassan and Baghdadi (something like that). That's really who really spoils the image of the hotel! The informational meeting lasted two (! ) hours. There was about ten minutes of useful information, everything else was outright lies and intimidation. All nonsense about “active and passive registration”, “entry permit”. To the question “how does it all look physically? ” began to freak out and demand respect. Not a single question was answered. For those who are in Egypt for the first time, such guides are just a disaster. Everything was aimed at selling their excursions, the price of which was, of course, doubled.
But in general, the holiday was definitely a success. Your good mood + excellent hotel service will provide the desired result. Can I recommend the hotel - definitely.
