1. we were lucky they brought us right away, our hotel was the first to stop, I didn’t like the fact that maybe the idea of ​ ​ ​ ​ a late dinner around 12 at night was not bad, which the tour operator ordered, but the fact is that the products were not the first freshness and the dinner was voluntary-compulsory.
2. settled us in a relatively normal room. at first the bed linen was like new, then they changed it to very worn out . . washed and coughed up. There were no questions about the towels, they were snow-white and everything was like new. The only negative was the stinky curtain that gave off unreal vanilla flavors.... we tried not to use it or when we used it we didn't touch it. otherwise, everything is tolerable, in the end they came to rest not in the room to bask, but on the sea. : ( (more on that later)

3. we chose a hotel so that we could swim from the shore with a child, because she does not know how to swim, we were told that the entrance was cleared for children and the sand!! ! it’s not fucking sand there, but a bunch of stones, small dead corals, on which, lying on the shore in the sea, I cut my knee, where supposedly there is sand... and only a small part is washed sand. that is, you can play in the sand, but swimming is problematic. In the morning we tried to arrive early, when it was not so hot and when it was possible to take sun loungers, it was about 5.30 hours, but the first row was already busy at that time. Next, you'll be lucky if there is a tide at such an early hour and the water is above the knee... you can at least lie down or sit in the water, because. You can’t swim from the pontoon at this time, it’s closed there, but some climbed over and swam, because. it is unrealistic to sit on the beach or in the water like a seal until 7.00, having the sea under your nose, but not being able to swim. The tide can be up to 11.00, at best, if there are no waves. after 15.30, when we came to the beach after a lunchtime nap, there was basically a low tide and the water was literally squatting, I will attach a photo. Swimming from the pontoon is a different story....it is short, I don’t know if this is a plus or a minus, but at rush hour, when everyone wakes up and goes to swim in the sea, there is a queue to go down for a swim, and when you go down the stairs, you feel like herrings in a jar, then someone will touch you with your foot, then scratch you with a fingernail, it’s not pleasant enough. Another nuance, there are passengers who hang on the stairs and neither here nor there, they just sit in the water on the steps, I understand, relaxation and all things, but not everyone perceives or understands the remark, or they pretend that they do not understand.
4. Coral reef, I don’t know why people get so much enthusiasm....but there’s not much to see there! What does the water have to do with some kind of muddy, felting sand, or something... (the tuna that hangs and everyone takes pictures with it and then fries, we didn’t eat, we were afraid, it’s still such a heat and it’s a fish) As for the portions, people were unhappy and outraged, I’ll come and take for 2 or 3 meat for one a plate and when they give you 1 time a piece, in reality even my child will not get enough of this piece, you ask for more and speak English. for 3 person or for 3 people or on fingers 3 you show, they give you another piece and all this is accompanied by a disgruntled face and, like, a lack of understanding of what I want from them, it was humiliating to stand and ask for food! Then more....you need to come for breakfast / lunch / dinner on time, as soon as it starts, or in the middle, when the bulk will eat and there will be free places and they will update the dishes with food again, but this has one minus if you don’t come right away, as soon as the “restaurant” opens, you will eat at a table with a dirty tablecloth that no one thinks to change, it will simply be swept away in front of you with a cloth napkin from food debris and that’s it. (photo attached). once we asked to be removed, tk. we ate only where the children's corner was, they swept the rest of the food on the floor . . , under our feet, changed the appliances and that's it . . we decided to fold the tablecloth and put it aside, we are not pigs to eat at such a table, after which the waiter ran up and nervously began to wave his hands, saying that we are doing a hundred, he cleaned it from us... we showed him and said that we would be without a tablecloth, only then we were given a clean bed. Napkins, I didn’t think that in 5 * there would be such a strain with napkins, so moreover, they give one each for a person, and it’s like * opy elongated, there are not always cloth napkins, and if there are, they can be with surprise. . . folded as clean, but dirty in the middle, so they are not in the napkin holder either, you can only take them and more toothpicks with you at the entrance to the restaurant. The waiters are rude, but not all, just like when serving a grill or other a la carte dish, the most friendly is the Italian on pasta! Drinks are served selectively to some, and so is self-service in everything.

8. did not go on excursions, maybe. they didn’t want to torment the child too much, they were only in Naama Bay... the child was tired and so were we, 3 hours for this shopping street is a lot, we walked, watched football, ate ice cream and didn’t know what else to do there. I didn’t like the fact that representatives of Coral, and these are guides, only gave half an hour to think whether you were going on an excursion or not, if you refuse to go, then they gave some guarantees that they would not go anywhere at all... nonsense . . attitude in this didn't like the plan. Some agreed to go to Jerusalem, convinced that they would pass the border in 30 minutes, and not in 2-4 hours, as a result, tourists were not allowed at all and the bus was returned back and people lost a day of rest. Decide for yourself whether to go or not.
9. Treated the child to the doctor at the hotel under insurance, because. snot and fever began for 4 days, we were examined, the doctor diagnosed tonsillitis and gave us a bunch of drugs that helped, everyone took it, except for the antibiotic. Most likely the child sweated and the wind blew. insurance paid a franchise of $ 15 and that's it.
10. ice cream on the beach....we did not take it, because the comrade who stood and gave out ice cream was without gloves and just took a waffle cup with his hand, even without a napkin (no one knows what he held with these hands, where he scratched and whether he washed them after the toilet).
11. Internet, in our room, you could sometimes catch wi-fi, but only if you write a couple of messages, there is Internet at the reception, it’s better to come there after 22.00, when people go to rest, you can still send pictures, but there is no video.

12. at the bar, which is near the reception, I took cocktails (non-alcoholic), if you carefully read the composition and what they do, it will obviously be different... out of 5 ingredients, you will be poured only 2... sprite and syrup : ))) and when you ask to do what you ordered or add ingredients, then their eyes are 5 kopecks each, like they noticed a pancake or they say that they don’t, although the bottles are half full in front of them....
13. when we checked out, and it was 5.15 in the morning, they started talking to us at the reception for a towel, I thought it was not enough, then they tell us to pay $ 4... they bring a towel for the legs, and he says, well, it’s dirty, there were 2 dark spots from afar, I didn’t peer, I don’t know where they came from, maybe a child was running with a chocolate waffle... no one got up there in shoes, only with clean feet, in general, they said to pay otherwise they won’t let us go, they started calling the guide, in short, it’s just a circus, we didn’t spoil our mood before departure and paid, and the terminal only works with $ or their currency, it doesn’t take other cards (if I knew what it would be, I washed it would you like a towel before leaving ????... already ridiculous . . why a dirty foot towel).

A towel was also stolen from our friends, so this is practiced there, but it’s not clear who, vacationers or staff.
