We stayed at this hotel exactly one year ago. We have been to Sharm several times, so there is something to compare and make an objective picture.
1. SETTLEMENT. We arrived at night, we were pleased that we were provided with dinner, despite the fact that the time was around 23:00. Settled immediately, without delay and other troubles. That same night, we discovered that the air conditioner was broken, so we asked for another room. Our request at the reception was treated with understanding, without any difficulties they provided another room.
2. CLEANING, I would like to note that the rooms are clean and the cleaning is wonderful, they always updated the gels / shampoo / balms / soap, made a clean bed, left water every day near the door, if we did not ask to be cleaned.
3. SERVICE/BAR. The waiters in the restaurant are excellent, not rude, polite. The bar service was also good. There were no infringements of Ukrainians / Russians, as in other large Sharm hotels, since the hotel is small.
4. ANIMATION. Our animator girls were good, open, cheerful. It was nice to talk to them. Evening shows are great.
5. TERRITORY. The territory of the hotel is small, so the staff manages to take care of everything, water, clean, so everything is very beautiful on the territory.
6. FOOD. For such a small hotel, the choice at breakfast/lunch/dinner is excellent! Every day for lunch and dinner, something was fried on the street (fish, meat, potatoes, etc. ), so there was always a variety in the choice of food.
7. BEACH. The beach is relatively small, but for this hotel it is quite good (in terms of size), you can always find free places. Pantone is big. The sand is clean, the sun beds are good, every day you need to take towels in a special place near the pool.
I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to really relax, and not face impolite / boorish attitude from the staff!
