Let's start with the fact that upon arrival we were settled for a very long time and not willingly. The place of two reserved rooms, they give us the so-called "chalet" (they said that they usually charge $ 40 for this). For five of us, we were given one key (namely, the key, not the card). The door opens with difficulty, but closes with a latch that opens the door with every breath of wind. Upon entering the room, we were horrified. It's just disgusting and looks like after the bombing. Everything is dirty, broken, old. Dust from a decade ago. Antique furniture from the 90s. Everything creaks and wobbles. The air conditioner doesn't work.

They called the reception, asked to change the room, in response, only excuses. They invited a cleaner, so this is generally an interesting story. They pointed to the dust, asked to wipe the floor as it was in some kind of red spots, to which he began to scream, swear and kick the furniture. The second one came, same story.

There are no bathrobes or slippers in the room.

The beach doesn't really exist. There are two tiny lagoons with a rocky entrance. The beach is not cleaned, full of plastic cups, spoons and nuts (apparently from the pontoon). Swimming in the usual sense is not possible. At first it is too shallow, you can cut yourself on corals, and after 20 meters there is a huge cliff. By the way, there are obviously not enough sunbeds for everyone. Many sunbeds are simply covered with a towel and not used, which, despite the fullness of the beach, is very annoying.

Whoever wrote that the food is incredibly tasty, greatly exaggerated. Standard and uniform. If you come at rush hour, you won’t find places, and you’ll spend a lot of time in line.


Recreational activities are exhausting. The only leader is trying, well done. For Italians there are separate shows.
Summing up, as a person with extensive travel experience, I can say that this hotel clearly does not deserve the title of five stars. I do not recommend it to anyone. You deserve the best!
