The operator Coral flew out of Kyiv early in the morning, at 10 o'clock in the morning we were at the hotel. Knowing that the check-in was not earlier than 14.00, we prepared beach things in advance and immediately after filling out the questionnaires we went to the beach. The bracelets were put on for us immediately upon arrival, i. e. the AI system could be used immediately, but towel cards were issued only with the key in the afternoon. As a suggestion to the hotel management, it would be possible to issue cards for towels immediately upon arrival. But the lack of towels did not stop us from swimming and sunbathing for half a day - cotton pareos perfectly coped with the function of bedding. In fact, we were given the keys of the clock at 15 in the afternoon, but this did not bother us at all. Before lunch we were on the beach, had lunch and calmly went to settle.

We settled in the middle of the territory - a room on the first floor, from the terrace you could see the sea a little. Everything in the room worked, we didn’t have to ask for anything extra to change or convey. I note that after 30 minutes after checking into the room, they called from the reception and asked if everything was fine, if everything was fine. Special thanks for this, it is pleasant and convenient for guests to receive such attention. In the future, everything was replenished regularly, cleaned well, both in the room and in the corridor. The housekeeper guy was always within reach, that is, at any moment we could find him and solve any issue regarding cleaning or the room.
Beach, sea
Actually, probably the most important thing : ) The sea was a little disappointing. We read reviews, watched videos before choosing a hotel, but did not watch it. A lot of rave reviews on coral from people who are in Egypt and Sharm for the first time. There is a current, quite strong, and waves, the coral is not the brightest. For several days in a row there was some kind of tidal current, which brought some kind of silt of a yellowish-brown color from the sea. The lifeguard drove out of the water and did not allow to swim until all this turbidity was washed ashore (and this is an hour or two).
On the other hand, marine life pleased. We saw a huge sea bass (grouper). So huge that tourists mistook it for a shark. Unfortunately, we were unable to capture it. The brown moray eel not only sat in a hole, but also calmly and leisurely swam along the reef. Stingrays also posed right next to the pontoon. We also saw a large black and white stingray. Many even saw a turtle and a small octopus. There were flocks of big tuna (less, of course, than those that were served for dinner? ), parrot fish, nemo, lionfish. In general, despite the modest reef, the fish pleased. Also in the first days there was some kind of invasion of small lilac jellyfish. Many will say “oh! ”, but this is an unrealistically beautiful sight! I like it!
A pontoon… It would be ideal to make a staircase symmetrically on the second side. Two narrow slopes are not enough.
The beach is spacious, several zones. At the pontoon, of course, the places are constantly occupied, and the sunbeds are dense. We were located upstairs, opposite the volleyball court. There have always been places. The sunbeds are already more spacious, you can always move the sunbed in the sun into the shade without disturbing other vacationers.
Separately, I note the work of rescuers. Guys are professionals. Several times they reacted with lightning speed to requests for help (the current made itself felt).
Liked the main pool with slides. The pool itself is not made of tiles, smooth slopes, as if in the sea from the shore? , And the bottom is painted blue, the water is an unrealistically beautiful color. And practical, not slippery.
Restaurant
I will note the main restaurant, because. the rest did not reach. I liked the food, very high quality and varied. Also pretty clean. The work of the waiters is well organized - one sets, the second cleans the table, the third monitors the cleanliness of the floor - everything is clear and without fuss. I liked the omelettes for breakfast - a separate hello to the omelette chef! Omelettes with vegetables, prosciutto, cheese, mushrooms - mixes of your choice. There is a toaster and a sandwich maker, you can make a hot sandwich with cheese or sausage, or just fry a toast. Coffee from vending machines and for breakfast from a large metal "boiler". From the machine I liked it better. I will not list all the dishes - everything is delicious and well cooked.
Guides, excursions
Satisfied with the work of the guides. Tours were not forced. We took two excursions - to Dahab and on Ras Mohammed buses. I recommend excursions. Dahab is a very rich excursion, a desert safari, a colored canyon, a quad bike ride and swimming in Dahab itself (not in the Blue Hole, but also a very beautiful bay). Ras Mohammed also really liked the corals and the sea of incredible beauty.
Animation
The guys are trying, funny shows in the evening, all sorts of activities in the afternoon. Loved the foam party and belly dancing lessons! By the way, this is probably one of the few hotels where exercises, dancing, etc. take place during the day not under the scorching sun, but under a canopy. So there are more people who want to participate!
Departure
We had a late flight (at 22.00), I learned in advance that the AI concept is valid at the hotel until the moment of departure from the hotel. So we took things to the reception right in the morning and already rested lightly on the beach and by the pool, had lunch and dinner ? . In the evening (by the way, the guide told us about this possibility) we were given the key to a free room in order to take a shower and clean ourselves up before leaving. Also a very useful option.
Near the hotel
Right next to the hotel there are a number of shops with fruits and souvenirs. If you go a little to the right (with your back to the hotel) before turning - there is a pharmacy at the turn. If you go left - also a street with shops and further - Il Mercato street.

Air conditioning at the reception and in the main restaurant. Several times the air conditioner did not work for several hours (or it was turned off - it was not possible to understand). In the heat, this is a huge minus.
