The tour was booked back in February through Coral Travel. The flight was supposed to take place at 6 am from Boryspil, but the flight was postponed to 12.40. The plane was full - families were flying to rest with their children. The flight was no different from the usual one, except that after climbing the flight attendants handed out a 0.5 liter bottle of water to each passenger. During the flight, flight attendants ask everyone to wear masks. The price of such a bottle at the airport is 1.5-2 euros. The flight lasted approximately 3 hours 30 minutes (arrived 15 minutes early). During the flight, everyone was given cards to fill out about their health status, contacts, passport numbers and insurance numbers. I advise you to write this information in advance on your phone or on a piece of paper, so as not to look for this information later on the bags.
After landing, the buses brought passengers to the terminal. In the terminal, people pass near the thermal imager, the information from which is displayed to the operator on the monitor - that's the whole check. All staff at the airport are wearing masks. In the airport building, another form is filled out for the border guards and that's it. Passport control, a stamp in the passport for baggage claim and that's it. The whole procedure from landing the plane to leaving the airport building with luggage takes about 40 minutes. Guides from the company meet passengers at the exit of their airports and redirect them to buses. Buses are half full. After all the passengers boarded the bus, the bus took us 20 minutes to the hotel. During the bus trip, you are asked to wear a mask.
At the hotel, luggage is first left near the entrance under the supervision of security, and you yourself go and take a form, which lies at the reception to fill out. You give the completed form with passports to the manager... 2-3 minutes and you get a card from the room. The bracelets are worn by a Russian-speaking guest relation girl.

We got a room on the central alley - approximately in the middle between the reception with the main restaurant and the sea - building 52XX (second floor, as requested). There is a swimming pool and a bar near the building. Since we are coming to this hotel for the second time, a compliment was waiting for us in the room - a plate with fresh fruits: grapes, apples, oranges. The plate was wrapped in cling film.
The room is like a room - a small entrance hall with a large wardrobe. The room itself with 2 large beds and a smaller bed is for a child (an adult can also sleep on this bed). There is a mini-fridge in the cabinet. In the mini-fridge there were cans of cola, sprite, ordinary water, 3 small juice bags, 3 wafers. Each vacationer is allocated a bottle of water per person 0.6 liters and 1.5 liters of water in a bottle per room (probably for making coffee, tea). The room had a kettle, tea bags of different types and instant coffee.
The room is cleaned normally. We asked for the room to be cleaned every other day. Each time left in a conspicuous place 1 dollar. Please note that if there is a bag with the inscription - DO NOT DISTURB on the handle on the outer side of the door, then the cleaner will not enter and, accordingly, will not put water, juices and waffles. In this case, I caught him in the corridor or where he cleaned up and simply said that I needed juices and water. Towels are changed. A couple of times they made swans and little animals for us.
Meals: I did not see a particular reduction in the assortment on the menu compared to last year. Installed glass screen protectors. There are chefs in masks and gloves - and pour, impose as much as you want. Say 1 spoon - put one. Say 5, they will put it - 5. Tell them to put that piece here - they will put that one. As for me, it became more hygienic. Tourists do not shovel the whole pan in search of the best piece and do not climb into food with their own hands.
Breakfast: Omelet scrambled eggs with ingredients of your choice. Donuts, pancakes. Salads, yoghurts: plain white and with strawberries. Fig and strawberry jam. Honey - light and dark. Bakery. Croissants. Grapefruits. Sliced fruits. Butter, sausages, sausages, falafel, beans, cheeses, cheese (? ). Egg boiled, scrambled eggs already ready - chatterbox. Cereals. Milk. Mashed potatoes.

Dinner. Soups are different: chicken, vegetable, seafood, spu puree. . . There is always something to grill. Grilled chicken, beef, beef steaks. Fish is constantly both in the form of fillets with vegetables and fried. There were no big 2-meter tunas. There were tuna steaks several times a week. As for me, they are better fried than freshly cut pieces from a large fish. Large carp (? ), mackerel (? ), horse mackerel (? ). Seafood - ring squid, octopus, shrimp (2 pieces at a time), crabs... Cutlets, meatballs. Turkey. Lamb once was (fatty). Spaghetti. Paste. Lasagna, sauces.
Dinner is almost like lunch. Pizza in the oven is made on certain days (margherita with cheese).
There was a theme evening of Egyptian cuisine - everything is delicious. Shawarma, manti (? )… Pastries and sweets are very tasty.
Drinks: Jupi in vending machines (pineapple, mango, orange). Coffee machine (instant). Tea bags - hibiscus, anise, mint. Bottled beer. Wine red (you can drink) and white.
Alcohol such as whiskey, gin, vodka, etc. - in plastic bottles - did not drink to avoid just in case.
Animation - was first at the bar by the sea in the form of live music. Two days before departure, full-fledged cultural evenings were launched in the amphitheater - belly dance, skirt dance Mr. Hotel, etc.
Very active water aerobics. People play darts, beach volleyball.
After dinner, in the late afternoon, in the Vitamin bar behind the kids club - ice cream is served in a waffle or paper cup.
Kids club. Many thanks to the animator girl who worked with children. The indoor club was closed due to quarantine restrictions. The club worked on the street under an awning. Approximately at 10.10, exercises began in which both children and adults took part. Then tables were taken out, toys and children were engaged in games and drawing under an awning until 12. After lunch, the club worked from 15 to 17 in the plunge pool of the pool with slides. In the evening, the animator girl played board games with the children during the concert program. Thank her very much. It seems like special children's animators should come.
Outside the hotel across the road - 5-6 shops with things, spices, fruits, souvenirs. If you cross the road - turn left - walk for about 5 minutes, turn right at the crossroads, then there will be a market again, go straight, at the next crossroads to the left - there will be an oriental-style shopping street Il Mercato (Google maps will help). At the time of the trip, every 5th store was open at most. To Il Mercato on foot 15-17 minutes.

If you leave the hotel, turn right, walk to the crossroads, turn left, walk to the crossroads, then there will be a shopping street. I recommend. There is everything. There are shops with fixed prices (written in Arabic numerals J). Ask for fresh - I bought frozen mango fresh for $ 3 -1.5 liters. Pretty tasty but you have to wait until it melts. Mango for 1.5-2 dollars per kilogram. There are ~ 2 mangoes per kilogram.
The contingent of tourists: Ukrainians ~ 70%, Egyptians ~ 20-25%, Belarusians - 5%.
Air - 38-39 degrees.
Sea - 28 degrees.
Pool 31 degrees.
For 12 days, three times in the morning, a red flag hung for a couple of hours.
The pontoon formally opens at 8 o'clock when the lifeguard arrives. In fact, there is no castle, people come and swim from the pontoon at 6 o'clock. The length of the pontoon is approximately 30 meters. There are 2 ladders with handrails for descent. There is a reef, at first there were not very many fish for several days, and then a lot swam. It is very interesting when a school of fish comes up in several thousand (? ) pieces and you swim in it. I saw a stingray. In that year, moray eels. Friends saw 2 stingrays at the same time.
To the left and right of the pontoon there are areas with a more or less smooth bottom. You can swim with children. I recommend corals. Better to wear than to get hurt later.
What the hotel lacks is some kind of children's water slides and attractions for children aged 3-10 years. So that there are small slides, 3-4 meters high, swings in the water, fountains, some kind of ship for children in the water with slides.
Trips to the city: At the reception (usually the next day) you can get free tickets for a minibus into the city to the shopping and entertainment street Maak Bay (like so). Almost everything works on it. I recommend.
The staff honestly tries and wears masks. Even at the beach bar.
General impressions: The rest was a success. I recommend the hotel. Special thanks to the children's animator.
