We spent 13 days in this hotel, celebrating New Year and Christmas. The hotel is good in all respects, but for the holidays I would not recommend going to this hotel. So, about everything in order.
Check-in took place late in the evening, but despite the late hour, quite quickly. The rooms offered initially did not suit us (we were two families) and after dinner we were offered a choice of several rooms and, after a preliminary examination, we chose a beautiful room, according to the purchased ticket, with a view of the sea. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, the furniture is really not new, but comfortable enough. The room has a corridor, a bathroom, a small living room, a bedroom and a spacious balcony overlooking the sea and the pool. Each room has a TV (but there are only 4 Russian channels).
The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, green and the layout of the territory is extremely well thought out. The hotel is located near the center and you can easily make an independent exit to shopping centers and entertainment complexes.

The service is unobtrusive, but requests of a different nature (even to calm down the indefatigable Italian animation during lunch) were responded promptly. I note right away that if you decide to stay at this hotel, then you need at least basic (school) knowledge of the English language of one of the vacationers.
I can characterize the food in a positive way. The food is fresh and varied, lots of fruit and, to my delight (I have an incredible sweet tooth), the choice of desserts was all sorts of. In the evenings, be sure to cook something from seafood or grilled meat dishes, and this is in addition to traditional cuisine. Also, next to the grill, in front of your eyes of taste, cakes of absolutely marvelous taste are baked. By the way, pizza served on the beach, I would also call a tortilla with ketchup and cheese. I did not drink local alcohol, so I cannot evaluate its quality. It should be noted that the tablecloths are dirty and washed out in the dining room, but you can avoid this sight if you come to the meal earlier than the Italians. Freshly squeezed juices are not served. There is no bottled water in the rooms, but that's for the best. I do not recommend even drinking locally produced bottled water (for yourself, if you are interested, specify how it is produced or, more precisely, obtained). But we did not suffer from thirst and you can always find something to refresh yourself without difficulty.
About the pools, I can say that they are really not large, but, in my unpretentious opinion, they are quite enough. The sea there is simply marvelous and the reef impresses with the beauty and variety of fish. The pontoon is very comfortable and not long. The beach is well maintained, there are no problems with sunbeds and towels.
Russian animation in comparison with Italian had a pale appearance, but at first glance, when contacting animators, you can occupy yourself to the full extent of your time and in accordance with your interests. The international animation (in Italian, Russian and English) was mostly entertaining.
In the rest, I was not satisfied with the quality of the organization of the New Year and Christmas evenings.
