BEACH
A beautiful multi-level beach with access to a pontoon, the cat does not stagger and is short. Minus - deep (inconvenient with children) and 1 descent. We were lucky that there were few people, so there were no problems, but if the hotel was completely full, there would be inconvenience with entering the sea.
SEA
Ideal for diving and snorkeling. Clean, warm. Sometimes there is a strong current, but you will always come to the rescue. Mask is obligatory, snorkel and fins are desirable)))). The fish and corals are amazing! No worse than on export excursions (were and were convinced)

NUTRITION

Varied, Italian oriented (Italian owner), selection is great, delicious! Beer was praised, I don’t drink myself, I don’t know. Water in the room is given 1 time upon check-in, but we poured it into bottles from the cooler and we had nothing))))
ANIMATION AND ENTERTAINMENT
We were when the hotel was empty due to the "military situation". There were 4 animators in total (2 girls from Ukraine, 1 guy from Italy and 1 girl from Britain). The hotel is famous for its good Italian animation (we did not find the cat), but the one that was was rather weak. It seems they were doing something, but somehow without a mood and not particularly thought out. At the beginning of September the temperature was 41*C during the day, that's why the bocha is played at 10.30-11.00, dancing under the sun at 12.00-12.30 is somehow hard and hot. I enjoyed going to water aerobics (11.30-12.00), but also under the sun. Many people liked stretching. I really liked how Alla conducted aerobics.
The British woman never came up to us during the entire holiday, never waved, did not smile, we saw her from afar. The guy from Italy had a good event. One thing I honestly didn’t like - the animation was common for all Europeans and Arabs, so it was necessary to take into account cultural differences, which was not done, and I, not wanting to offend the animator that conducted the lesson, told another about it, because they- one team and should do it in such a way that it was fun and good for everything that is real... So, they also took offense at me, starting to treat me with a clear “coolness”, preferring not to approach, which, as for me, was strange.
TOURS

In principle, operators are more expensive (sometimes at times) than local ones. We took one excursion (on quads) "on the street" in "Gene and Cheburashka", which is not far from the hotel, which we did not regret, and the other - diving with a walk on a yacht - through our operator "Coral Travel" or Odeon (for local). The difference was $ 5 per person (cheaper on the street), BUT there were few people on the yacht and mostly Europeans, which was very comfortable, because it’s not convenient to flaunt in a swimsuit among a bunch of Arabs wrapped from head to toe, especially if you are a couple of people only. We were the ONLY European yacht that we saw passing by during the day.
ACCOMMODATION
The rooms are not new but cleaned well. The air conditioning always worked properly, which was the main thing.
GUIDE
Double impressions... excursions sold what was needed and VERY PERSISTENTLY. At the end, he gave us 15 minutes to think, which angered me. After we said that we would think about it and if we would call him back, he TAKEN ALL INSURANCES, a voucher, a printout of PLANE TICKETS and extended the period of deliberation until the evening. Since we still took excursions from him (because we wanted a European company during the holidays), all the documents were returned to us in the evening... But if we hadn’t taken it, I think it would have been the same story. In addition, I didn’t like the fact that we were already incited by military operations in the Motherland, so he began to tell that without an operator it’s not worth going anywhere at all, that the Bedouins are dangerous, it’s dangerous to go to them - complete BONDS... we rode quads and were happy and happy!!! ! So do not be afraid to take excursions from the locals!!!! ! Departure information was provided on time.

There were 2 restaurants - Italian and fish. They didn’t go to Italian, but they were delighted with fish - delicious, beautiful, elegant.

WHAT DID NOT LIKE:
1) Settlement.

The first impression was terrible. We were 3 ADULTS. We arrived at 20.00 in an empty hotel. At the reception, they waited for a very long time until the receptionist (Mohamed) chatted on the phone, then with all the employees passing by... When they nevertheless received the keys to the room (they said that “The Best” with a malicious smile), it turned out that this was a 2-bed room and with us, they began to drag a cot there and cover it !!!!! ! When we started to resent, we turned on the “brake” and said that there are no triple rooms AT ALL, that we paid for the standard, and it is a 2-bed + folding bed. After that, we opened the window - a view of the grass to nowhere....But, as they said, they gave us the right to choose the 1st or 2nd floor... The tank did not work....The mood was spoiled. This is with an empty hotel!!!!!!
This is not our first number, and we know exactly what rooms can be, even without additional payments...
I had to go to the reception and for a “surcharge on the paw” (they didn’t even want to take it, see if it’s not enough, calling insane prices... ) take another room - but already with a sea view), also 2-bed, but already from the 3rd bed "rolled", everything worked in it.
2) Lack of room for luggage
We checked out at 12.00 and were supposed to pick us up from the hotel at 16.00. There was no point in extending the number. When we came with the coins and asked to leave them in the storage room, we were told that there was NO room, and you can just leave things at the entrance from the inside or on the terrace outside the hotel! Just at that time, I was filling out a hotel questionnaire, and there was a column “improving service”. I take a joke that they said just in time, so I’ll write in the luggage room....And O MIRACLE....it turned out that they have an empty pantry for things... not in the eyebrow, but in the eye))))))
The positive thing about checking out was that they didn't cut off our bracelets, so we had access to drinks and lunch.
