1) ENDLESS queues in the dining room. The first day we were in shock. Lunch starts at 2:30 pm, and we had the imprudence to come to the beginning and this is a mistake. We stood in lines for 40 minutes, everyone was angry, pushing, there was no place... trash in general. Dinner was the same story. You can get around this by coming an hour later, there are fewer people and it’s already bearable to be there, but of course this affects the number of some dishes, they often run out, but it’s a matter of choice: queues or a little less variety.

In general, for food: you won’t starve, chicken comes in different forms for each meal, a couple of times there were beef cutlets and fish. Of the side dishes, pasta in different variations, rice and sometimes potatoes. Salads, pastries. All the variety that is in the reviews and that people managed to complain about is missing. The menu has been shortened by 3 times for sure. All the kitchen staff give out, put a little, you need to beg for more, but still they give out sparingly.

We went only because we wanted to go on a tour, we came to listen to what options there are, but this year the prices are simply cosmic. Three-story with a seafood lunch, plus my mother had an anniversary, promised a cake on a yacht. As a result, an ordinary small yacht, with completely loosened railings, no seafood and cake. Plus said that since we were leaving at night (before check-out), they would collect rations for us (as all normal hotels do, and even the three in which we were last year). Finally a circus.
