In short, I definitely do not recommend this hotel. If there is an offer, then agree to any other. If you want details, then read on. There will be many letters (boiled).
Let's start with the pros of the hotel
1. The reef is beautiful. We saw a lot of fish, stingrays (they didn’t have time to catch a turtle, but it was there)
2. Early check-in (we arrived at about 5 in the morning and we were scammed until 7, but since there were no more people who wanted to give a little money, we decided to settle everyone) and sent for breakfast.
3. The room was supposed to be standard, but was given in the main building which is considered a class higher. A piece of the sea was visible from the window.
4. The safe works flawlessly and nothing is missing from it.
(this is where the positives end)
Of the minuses:
1. The speed of the fan on the air conditioner is not regulated in the ROOM. He always worked at maximum speed, thereby completely drowning out the screams from the pool and the music.

Soap-ryolny accessories are issued only upon check-in (small soap and 1 package of shampoo for two). The bathtub is such that it is simply scary to climb there without shoes. Some of the bulbs do not work, and the second part is represented by 5 watt LEDs that barely shine.
Cleaning is a separate issue. For 7 days and 7 nights, we were removed exactly 2 times. After the second cleaning, the towel was missing, which was on the floor in front of the bathroom (for feet). Towels and bed sheets were not changed. Washed only passages. They didn’t leave new toilet paper (then I met him in the corridor and with a fight got 2 more rolls of paper).
The lampshades on the lamps are dirty and stained with blood. On all the walls there are traces of dead mosquitoes. Water in the first 2 days of rest was not hot at all. Then in the morning and in the afternoon it was cold, and in the evening they already started heating it up and it became warm (not to be confused with hot). To get warm water, you need to open the tap and drain the water 5 minutes before bathing. There is no water at night, so in the morning do not be surprised that an incomprehensible turbidity will flow from the tap for the first few minutes.
2. POOL is dirty both on top and on the bottom. Dead bugs, leaves and flowers are always floating on top. Sometimes there were plastic cups and empty water bottles. At the bottom, the dirt collects in small piles that are visible from the side. Water is poured approximately 50% of the required volume. There are always a lot of people and they swim (we were disdainful and didn’t even wet our feet there). Works only 1 which is on the way to the beach.
3. THE TERRITORY has a lot of dead wood. I suspect that during the quarantine there was no watering and everything withered. The grass is dry, a bunch of dry bushes and palm leaves. Dates that fall on the road are not removed, but are trampled on by vacationers. Beautiful green fungi (which were on all reviews) withered safely. The greens to the right of the beach are overgrown so that it is impossible to walk along the path. I don’t know what kind of water is used for irrigation, but after turning it on, the stench was such that it was impossible to be nearby.

4. LOUNGES, BEACH, INTERNET. We woke up at 4:50 and went to the piano bar to unsubscribe to our parents (the rest of the time it simply does not connect to the Internet). Uploading a file, making a call with a video or watching a video is almost impossible. If you need Internet, then buy a card or connect to the Internet in Soho (there is much better speed and it works). Then they immediately ran to the beach to take sunbeds. At 6 am, about 80-90% of all sunbeds are occupied (only broken and without mattresses remain). After another 30 minutes, they were gone. At the same time, there is a lot of free space where you can still place sunbeds, but they are simply not available. People are constantly nervous and arguing. Personally, I still didn’t understand why it was impossible to buy the required number of sunbeds (for comparison, last year in the Hilton, having a beach several times smaller than the existing one, there were always enough sunbeds for everyone, and on the third tier they were almost all free). There is no sand. Dropouts under your feet.
5. BEACH BAR. The staff scored a big bolt on the corona virus and "serves" everyone with their bare hands and without masks. For 7 days, the beer was exactly 3 times. Pour 1 small plastic cup into your hands (if you smile, they will give 2). In this case, you will have half a glass of foam. Gin, vodka, tequila, whiskey all tasted equally lousy, but there was always +- available. Poured 20-30 grams. Cola, fanta, sprite and "juice" from the powder have always been. It turns out they still have normal packaged juice, but they drink it themselves, and when they asked me to pour one, they said that it was only for paid cocktails.
6. BAR ON THE 7TH FLOOR (PIANO BAR). Water is given in the 1st bottle of 0.6 liters per hand. The number of approaches is not limited (you need to take water, move away, put it down, return in a few minutes empty-handed and get another bottle, even if you are a family and you went to get water for everyone). I saw beer a couple of times in people, but the bar always claimed that it had just finished. They make tea, instant coffee, powdered juice, there has always been local alcohol and cola, fanta, sprite. Begged for juice from the package several times. The wine is made out of nowhere. Red generally tastes like slop, white is a little better, but it's still impossible to drink. I don’t even know how real it is to throw up local alcohol. Therefore, many bought drinks in advance with them or went to the store for it.
7. DINING ROOM. It's just a separate pipets. 20 minutes before the start of the meal, an incredible line is built in front of the entrance. Then, to get a serving of food, you will need to defend from one to 8 lines. The food is all monotonous and on the 4th day your appetite disappeared completely and you stick around with a plate in the hope of finding at least something tasty. You definitely won’t leave hungry, but you won’t get pleasure from the meal either. I lost 1 kg in 7 days. (for comparison, last year at the Hilton I gained 3 kg).

On the example of dinner, I write further. there was the largest selection of food. The menu included several types of buns (separate queue), 1-2 soups (the second one was constantly running out and only the 1st one remained, a separate queue), tea (black, mint, hibiscus, coffee; separate queue), powdered juice, cola, fanta sprite (separate queue), duck or lamb or beef (separate queue), pasta, pasta, beef (separate queue), vegetables and salads (separate queue), beans, potatoes, rice, chicken, fish (mackerel or inedible obscure fillets) (and here, too, there is a separate line. Baking, mostly biscuits and sometimes Turkish sweets. Everything is the same and only the taste of cream in biscuits differs slightly. From fruits, dates, guava (green and not tasty), grapes and, if you have time, then melon ( We managed to do it only 3-4 times and only 1 time it was ripe and sweet. ) Here, too, as you probably already guessed, there is a separate queue.
While you collect all this in 1 plate, it cools down and becomes even more tasteless.
Poured cooks (fight against coronavirus). At the same time, he has one hand in a glove (he can correct your food in a plate, pour and itch with it), the second hand is without a glove, and he takes a plate from each guest so that he can pour this very food. Where is the protection against coronavirus, I still do not understand. Cutlery is wrapped in a napkin, which was originally intended for wiping hands. Repeatedly in the main hall, it was noticed that the waiters pick up the fallen cutlery from the floor and instead of sending it to the dirty dishes, they discreetly place it on the table for the next visitors to the dining room.
Local (Arabs) sit/put their children in shoes on the table and feed there. At the same time, a few minutes ago, they were running around the hotel in these shoes, including the toilets.
One breakfast, there were no clean dishes, so everyone was given plastic pallets where food was poured.
BREAKFAST there are scrambled eggs and sometimes rubber pancakes, 3-4 types of very dry and not tasty buns, vegetables, yogurt with honey or jam (there is no portioned jam, only 1 type in a bowl that is poured 2 teaspoons and if you ask very insistently, you will get more 2. Further, the staff does not understand and does not hear you and gives the bowl in hand).
Several types of cheese. Of these, only 1 was not very salty.
A lot of dishes with chips and cracks that it was high time to throw away and change for a new one.
8. ITALIAN RESTAURANT (A LA CART) - disappointment of the day : (.

One day before the date of visiting the restaurant, you must sign up with the person sitting at the table from 10:00 to 11:00. He determines the time of the visit himself, starting at 18:00. By dishes. There were two of us, and because there are only 2 options for dishes (appetizers, main and dessert), then the waiter persuaded me to try each. So, snacks: they brought me a tomato with cheese poured with butter (tastes like a cold tomato and tasteless cheese), a Caesar salad with poorly washed leaves for a girl. the sand on her teeth perfectly held together with dried pasta, the main course was mashed potatoes (it turns out they know how to cook potatoes, but we only realized this in a restaurant) with fried vegetables, she had chicken fillet from meat (dry, but edible), and I have beef, which looks beautiful, but stung in a pan where something had been repeatedly fried before and it burned. The taste of burnt meat soaked through her, tasted a small piece and almost threw up. Dessert: they brought me tiramisu (as they thought), but in fact it was a biscuit with a large amount of cream and half a grape, and they brought her a plate of fruit (in fact, this is a green melon from the canteen, but already without a peel and cut into thinner slices , grapes and inedible dates). At the same time, from the very beginning of dinner, I asked for napkins. After the third reminder, they brought me a piece of paper hand towel in which, apparently, cutlery had previously been wrapped.
And the most epic fail. On this day, the girl had a birthday. A day before the date, they approached the reception and clarified whether there was a compliment from the hotel. They said that they would take out the cake when we were in the restaurant, wrote down the number and the time the dinner started. The restaurant never brought out the cake. We went to the reception to find out where the promised compliment from the hotel was, he was looking for something for a long time and even called someone. After that, he recommended that we go to the canteen and eat biscuits there (which, in principle, we did in order to somehow satisfy the feeling of hunger after the "Italian restaurant"). Why promise people a compliment if you don’t give a damn about it, and you weren’t even going to do anything personally for me is not clear.
9. LUNCHBOX. The first time I ordered it was when I climbed Mount Sinai. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a picture, but there were 2 buns with three very thin pieces of “sausage” (which even hungry cats on the mountain ate reluctantly), 200 ml juice and 2 buns from lunch. The second time I asked for a lunchbox when we left at 00:30. The staff said that lunch boxes are in the dining room and we can take as many as we need. Arriving at the dining room, we found 2 wicker baskets with buns (see photo). There was nothing else. They didn’t hear anything about juice, fruits, bags, and couldn’t help (probably, they had to take it in their pockets and then choke on a dry bag). We looked with envy at other tourists who could have a normal meal at the airport and on the plane.
That seems to be everything. I will return to this hotel (and in general to the Red Sea Hotels hotel chain) only on the condition that I am paid. But, even with all these disadvantages and inconveniences, we were able to have a good rest and get the most possible pleasure from it.
