Were in this hotel from March 28 to April 4, a young couple. Long chose, stopped at Stella. We flew from "Anex Tour", nowhere else through them! They laid it on at 11, the welcome drink was juice. They gave me a room in a shady area, with a partial view of the spa pool, a tree in a hole, some flowers. The door of the room, the contact was leaving and she squeaked, there was a hole in the center of the bed linen. We asked to change the room, they changed it without any problems. The room was on the 2nd floor, 255, with a partial view of the sea and the pool. But! The room is located under the restaurant, and children are playing in the pool from 8 in the morning, so it was noisy. In general, children made up 40% of the hotel residents, a lot! Most of all in the hotel, by the way, Ukrainians, in second place are the Arabs, not many Europeans and Russians.
The next disadvantage was the hair in the bathroom, apparently they did not expect someone to be settled there, we asked to clean the bathroom, the second time they understood (and left a note and called). It's good that the cleaners of the rooms every time they see you ask if everything is fine, the following wishes have already been decided directly.
