Of course, we refused to settle in the proposed room and we were offered another one with the same view, but higher, on the eighth floor (there, by the way, the elevator does not go). And to get to the room, you need to take the elevator to the 7th floor in the lobby, go through the reception, find the stairs to the top and climb another floor on foot. We had a night flight, we were tired and decided to leave our things and change in the offered room and went on to demand what we booked and paid for. For several hours we talked with the reception staff, but to no avail. . Only when we asked to talk to the hotel management, they started to do something and after a couple of hours they offered us to move to the room that we had booked the next day. All these dismantlings took us almost the entire first day. Moving to another room took another half of the next day. Moreover, we were kept in the lobby for more than an hour, since literally "the keys will be ready in 10 minutes. " When we finally got the key, no one helped us with things, we dragged our suitcase ourselves, first up the stairs from the 8th floor, and then to the new room. As a result, the first days of rest were settled in the room that we originally booked, it was very unpleasant because of the feeling that they wanted to deceive us. In addition, our travel agent wrote about this a week before our arrival. We were promised in a letter some kind of compliment from the hotel (usually sweets in the room) BUT NOTHING. Instead of a pleasant gift, we got stress, nerves and boorish behavior of the staff. We did not lose hope for a still good holiday. But the cleanliness in the room failed, dirty or torn sheets are the norm for the hotel, the toilet in yellow spots is their calling card. We managed to stay in two rooms and both rooms were poorly cleaned. Next is food. Breakfast and dinner are ok, but lunch is frankly weak, we left hungry. The first days were delicious vegetables, but then they disappeared. Fortunately, from 12.30 to 17.00 there is a bar and a kitchen on the beach, where you can take shawarma and burgers with french fries. But this approach somehow does not really correspond to the declared category of the hotel. A separate story is towels. You can take two towels per person only with fights, but since it is quite windy now, it is an elementary need to wrap yourself in a towel after swimming. In addition, you should be prepared that if you took towels from the lower pool and went to the upper pool and bar for some water, the towels will be taken from you. This causes great discomfort. I also note that the hotel is quiet and calm, there is no special entertainment. We were ready for this, so there are no complaints about this. . Many tourists who stayed with us were disappointed, so please note that the hotel does not have active animation. The hotel area is actually very beautiful, but with such management and service, the rest turns into a nightmare. During our stay, we heard negative reviews about the settlement from other guests, so I think we are not the only ones who wanted to be deceived with the number. Therefore, be careful!
