We rested at the Stella di mare hotel from August 26 to September 4.9 nights 10 days.
Let's start with the positive aspects of this hotel.
MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE:
*The hotel has a braceletless system, just call the room number.

* Upon arrival, they immediately brought wet cold towels to the reception, very smelly with oils, for hands and face, it's nice, they immediately appreciated it.
* We were settled at 9 am, immediately upon arrival, we did not expect anything.

*Very convenient system with towels, you do not need to take cards to put towels and you do not need to take or hand them over yourself. When we came to the pool, to the sea, an employee immediately ran up to us and brought as many towels as needed, laid them out and even opened the umbrella if necessary. That is, you do not think about anything, everything is very convenient.
* When you lie down, you rest, every half hour a young man comes up with cool water and splashes at will (very refreshing in such a heat) they came up with a great idea; go wipe glasses; treat melon.
*We had no problems waiting for the waiter, as soon as we came to the restaurant, to the pool bar or to the beach, the waiter immediately came up to us and asked what we wanted to eat or drink.
*Everyone is very friendly, smiling, generally pleasant, always taking pictures, joking, well, as always.
* Room cleaning every day, there were no problems, they always cleaned when needed, everything is fine.
NUTRITION
* The food is very tasty, you will always find something to eat, a lot of fish, meat, crabs, delicious breakfasts, in general, a lot of variety.
* Convenient system of snack bars. It is from 12:00 to 17:00. You don't have to queue for burgers, tortillas or any other food, you just choose the place where you want to have a bite (on the beach, pool, anywhere), the waiter comes up to you, gives you a menu and you order.
P. S. I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered a Caesar salad, it was really very large and tasty.
*In restaurants Ala carte (Asian or sea, seafood) you can visit at least every day. The food is even tastier there, everything is cooked to order, only for you, I highly recommend it!
*During our visit to the restaurant, we would like to express special gratitude to the waiter MILAD GAMIL, a very pleasant, cheerful and good person!!!

* The hotel is mega beautiful. Very green, large territory, beautiful, tall palm trees, many flowers, everything is very well looked after and looked after. Very beautiful coral reef. There are 2 patons, entry into the sea only from them.

For starters, we specifically paid extra $50 for good flights. To fly to Egypt and have time for breakfast (it is before 11:30) and was the first full day of rest. It was the same way back, we took a flight at 21:05, so that the whole 10th PAID DAY would enjoy all in clusive.
We return to the first day, we arrived at the hotel at 8:50, joyful, cheers vacation, now let's go have breakfast, but it wasn't there! We were settled and informed that we can only eat from 14:00. And if you want to have breakfast then $30!! ! What is this anyway?? ? Is it 5 stars? For that kind of money, how is it worth a ticket not to give food, despite the fact that we have time for breakfast? OK. Fortunately, we bought croissants back in Boryspil, as we felt.
During the rest, they forgot even for this minus how much they liked everything, they even thought not to write about it in the review and the rating was 10! But again, 25!!!
For the 10th day already, we ourselves at 11:00 already handed over the room so as not to be tied and swim, eat, enjoy the last hours before departure.
12:30 we go to a restaurant, have lunch, took 2 soups and rice, and now I’m coming up to our table, as 4 waiters (2 in the back and 2 in front) ran into me with the question “room number”. I said and went to the table, after 3 minutes again they come up and tell us that we have to pay for this dinner ($ 30) because you see, all-in-clusive until 12:00 was, and it turns out already over. WHAT IS THIS???!!!
So people overpay for flights, so that the whole 10th day is PAID, to be in a hotel and relax, and we are told that everything, the rest ended at 12:00 !! ! ARE YOU SERIOUSLY???
And the man from the reception, with such a sly smile, says that, "well, you have 9 nights paid for. " Well, okay, yes, that's right, 9 nights and 10 days!! ! Who has this 10 day left, I wonder?
Forced to pay for lunch at the reception. But the mood was completely spoiled, we were sitting at the reception from 13:00 to 18:00, we could no longer wait until they would pick us up.
Because such a boorish attitude has become, already, guys, no one smiles at you, no one is friendly and will not give you a glass of water for free. We are horrified!!!

And we wanted to fly to this hotel for the New Year, but naturally no one will fly anywhere. If you are so greedy, stay alone!! ! When we arrived at the airport, we talked to other people, they are all in shock, they say how is it? Why didn't they feed? Everyone in Egypt was fed, they even put a burger and an apple with them, that's what I understand, taking care of their guests, not like in Stella di mare! You are far from it!
