I don’t even know if I can write more than what is written in the previous comments, but I’ll try.
We arrived at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, at five we were at the hotel. I studied everything about the hotel, but my husband didn’t, so I didn’t miss the chance to play a trick on him. We get off the bus and I say - "you see this small two-story building, this is our entire hotel, " he became a little depressed. Remember the movie From Dusk Till Dawn? Here the hotel is built according to this principle - on the one hand 2 floors, and on the other 8.
There was a large group of us from one plane - about 15 people. They put everyone in the conference room, collected their passports, handed out questionnaires and after 15-20 minutes they gave out the keys. We got room 728 (on the same floor as the lobby), probably the best in the hotel. Thank you Martha Ruban!! ! Of course, I zadolbala her with my letters, questions and wishes, but she always kindly answered and gave us a wonderful view from the room. I brought my husband to the window and he was stunned (well, I) from the view and from the fact that we are on the seventh floor.

The room is good, everything is neat and clean. A large closet, a safe in the closet, a lot of hangers without protection against theft, bathrobes, slippers. Shared bathroom, very spacious. There is a bath, the shower area in the bathroom is covered with a glass curtain so that water does not flow onto the floor. There is a rope for drying swimwear (you need to pull a small pip out of the wall opposite the shower). Gorgeous cosmetics, which is replenished every day. Hair after conditioner is just silky. Unfortunately, it was not possible to find out the names, otherwise I would have bought home. The most important thing in the bathroom is the scale! They showed the same figure for all 8 days! : ))) Beautiful scales!
We had two separate beds, but the room was not changed, and the beds were not moved. Slept like kings. Very soft mattresses, my husband changed at his request, but not much more hard. It seemed to me that it was too soft there, but after returning home and sleeping in my bed today, I had the feeling that I was sleeping on the floor. Big TV with lots of programs. A bedside table, a table, an armchair with an ottoman under my feet (I dragged it to the balcony and relaxed there in the evenings). Tea/coffee set. In the mini bar, two juices, two colas and two sprites are replenished every day for free, 4 cans of beer for a fee (we didn’t drink, it seems like 5 dollars). 4 bottles of water every day. We used them all for coffee in the morning and for brushing our teeth. Water is always available at the bar or at lunch/dinner
put a large bottle of water on the table. Large balcony with a direct view of the sea (sunrise at 6 am is mesmerizing), the pool and the stage for performances.
Nutrition. I will not even list what is there, it will take pages 3. There is a lot of everything, everything is delicious, replenished immediately. Sweets and fruits are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast has orange juice. Delicious coffee for breakfast is served in a coffee pot. Dinners are themed every day, there are always 2-3 dishes cooked on the grill. The dumplings and sushi were not very successful, but the beef, lamb and duck were excellent. I am a picky eater and not a strong eater, but here I almost always went for a supplement. But the scales were on my side! : )))

Swimming pool. The pool on the 3rd floor is large, deep 1.60 m, shallower closer to the bar. You can sit in the bar right in the pool, but I was cool, I'm cold. The ground floor is smaller, they play volleyball and water gymnastics. Near the pool (we were always at the top) loungers. As soon as you approach, they immediately bring towels with pillows. The sunbed is not very comfortable for me, there are only two positions of the back - either completely lying down or at an angle of 45-50 degrees. But I adapted, substituted the chair to the back and sat comfortably. The waiters constantly come up, I ask what to bring, you don’t need to call. Delicious free ice cream from 12 to 14 (I can make a mistake with the time), at the exit to the elevator it is paid, but there is more choice. They bring fruit, offer to wipe glasses.
Beach. There are several beaches, there are for non-smokers. Because We didn't lie on the beach, I can't say much. Sand under your feet, amazing view before your eyes! Two pontoons. The left one is short and "flexible" with a convenient descent, the right one is long and stable, but there is only one ladder and it is not very convenient to get to the main swimming place, you need to dive under the rope. It seemed to me that the left one has more fish. They say the moray eel lives there, but it comes out at 6-7 in the morning. My travel cap traveled a long way from the left pontoon to the right pontoon and was fished out by a brave rescuer!
Staff. The staff deserves 7 stars even by European standards! Unfortunately, I have a bad memory for names, but all are worthy of praise! And at the reception, and in bars / restaurants, and on the beach. In the restaurant, dirty dishes and tablecloths are removed and replaced instantly. They always come up and ask if you need anything. Everyone is very kind, friendly, trying to help in any detail. And most importantly, they don't ask for tips. As I understand it, the hotel appreciates its staff, every morning and evening they are brought / transported by the hotel's transport.
Location. The hotel is located on the right side of Naama Bay when looking at the sea. If it were possible to go directly to Naama Bay for about three minutes. But you can exit through Genena City, about 12 minutes at a quick pace, and there you can only go down to Naam. There is a shuttle several times a day, but walking seemed faster to me. I recommend a branded soup ($ 5) at the Fares fish restaurant (located in Genena City), take one spare - a lot of cats.

Entertainment. In the afternoon, my husband played water and beach volleyball. There is stretching and water gymnastics. Darts, table and tennis, billiards, golf. A very decent sauna - 90 degrees, the steam bath is weak. A beautiful outdoor Jacuzzi that stays open even after sunset. And if there is a wind, then it is all strewn with flower petals. Very romantic! I don't even know what else to write. . . I want to go back!
Take mosquito repellent with you, these little invisible and silent reptiles bite hard, but it doesn't itch for long. Also take an adapter from a British outlet to a European one, we had to charge one phone in the bathroom.
It was a fabulous vacation! Apart from mosquitoes, not a single drawback.
Thank you Stella Di Mare!
