For the whole vacation, I only twice addressed various requests to the reception desk. Both times the response was - okay, 5 minutes and my issue was resolved... Special thanks to the hotel employee Marta, who helps all hotel guests and every day makes a round of the territory and asks all guests how they rest and what wishes they have.
