This is the only place where you can drink coffee from beans, and then, if you insistently ask for beans, and if you ask, then from Lavazza beans. Since they are trying to sell powdered or cheap coffee. And this is the biggest drawback of this Italian hotel - you can't drink coffee! Coffee lovers drink coffee in the morning. The rest is great. I personally would not recommend going to three sandy islands, there is nothing to do there.

The historical museum, then +10 dollars took a ride on a big boat on the Nile within the city for about 30 minutes - so-so entertainment, but thanks to the guide's stories it was interesting.
