We went at the end of October 2009 through Turtesse. 5500 UAH for two with departure from Lviv, half board. In short, quite inexpensive.
We arrived at 10 am, the keys were given an hour later. Safe at reception is free. Room - modestly, 2 beds, TV set, refrigerator, wardrobe, air conditioning. They cleaned almost every day, laid out the beauty of the towels, although the towels themselves were never changed for 7 days))) 2-storey cottages, some in greenery, some, as we had, with a view of the neighboring poor hotel. The territory is small, the pool is beautiful, but the water in it is cold, so we never swam in it. Tourists: Arabs, Estonians, Ukrainians and Russians, in decreasing order. Well, everyone knows that excursions in hotels are expensive.
The food we had was breakfast and dinner. Breakfast consisted of an edible scrambled eggs, boiled eggs with ketchup and delicious rolls, there were some other cereals, soy sausage and cheese. Drinks - Yupi and tea. Dinner is much better: salads, soup, garnish, something fish and meat, sweets, delicious pastries. No drinks, only those with AI went to the bar for some water. In general, there was always enough of everything, there was not much excitement at the distribution, they did not remain hungry.
It takes 5 minutes to get to the beach by "shuttle bass", it runs on schedule more or less smoothly. We take a towel at the reception and go : ) on the beach, sun loungers are assigned to their hotels, there are strains with "their" places, we turn on the impudence and lie down where freely. The main thing you MUST HAVE is swimming slippers, because if you cut your foot on coral, you risk ruining your vacation. 200 meters from the beach there is a pier, coming to which such coral beauty opens up that it is difficult to describe in words, the reef is one of the best in Sharm. Take a mask and enjoy. On the beach, prices are not cheap, beer is around 5 ye.
The hotel itself is located 20 minutes walk from the Old Town - Old Market. This is such a hefty market where you can buy everything, and bring down the price to at least 50% of the original one.
The hotel staff and the Arabs in general are people with a sense of humor, so I advise you to tune in to their wave and make fun with them. In SunSet, they don’t indulge in disciplined European service, so take it easy, 3 * after all)))) and you will have happiness and peace of mind)))
