The staff are all incredibly friendly, sincere smiles, greetings and a real willingness to make the holiday perfect - only met to such an extent a couple of times in 13 years of travel. Receptionists are polite and attentive. We communicated in English and Russian. Any issue is resolved within a few minutes. We booked 2 rooms of different categories. We were given an upgrade of the room, which was simpler, even without our request and additional payment, they made sure that our buildings were nearby. The waiters in the restaurant meet and serve like relatives (Moataz a special thank you! ), The bartenders on the beach themselves go and offer drinks, and bring them themselves; the rooms were cleaned for us in such a way that even if we wanted to, it would be impossible to find fault (our room was cleaned by Mohamed, a wonderful person and a professional employee). On the first day, they could not deal with hot water, when they realized that there was still a problem, they told Mohamed, he called an engineer and everything was decided in 10 minutes! The choice of food and its quality is amazing, everything is very tasty, the food is healthy, a lot of dishes are steamed, a large selection of vegetables, meat, fish every day and all without queues. Fresh juices: orange, strawberry, pineapple, guava and several other types, it is impossible to remember and list everything. We didn't even get to try everything in a week. The chef and the general manager really ask every client almost every day, both in the restaurant and on the beach (sometimes 2 times a day) if everything is fine and what wishes. The work of the cleaning staff is checked by the cleaning manager. . . Wi-fi really is even on the beach (I watched the video without any problems), it's free. They give a code for 3 devices, we had more equipment for the number, no problem, they give as many codes as you need. The rooms are spacious, bathroom with shower too, towels and bathrobes are soft and white, there are slippers. All accessories (gels, shampoos, etc. ) are a complete set, of good quality and replenished constantly. The TV is modern and big. Rooms with balconies, on which there is a table, 2 armchairs, an ashtray and even matches. Smoking is prohibited on the beach. Beach towels are clean, soft, free of charge. Husband and son even managed to swim with dolphins. For all the time we did not encounter anything that could leave an unpleasant impression.
