Acquaintance with the hotel began at the reception - a cool cocktail at the meeting, a delicious breakfast and early check-in - what could be better after a night flight? )
The hotel made everyone happy - clean territory, rooms, ideal staff - the guys at the reception, waiters, bartenders smile is programmed by default.
The request to change the room was resolved instantly, thanks to Katya, who is responsible for the rest of Slavic tourists!
The spa area also pleased - everywhere is clean, helpful, and the massage is generally beyond praise.
The hotel also pleased with a delicious gala dinner in honor of the wedding anniversary (we took our word for it, although we know from experience that in other hotels it is necessary to present a document)
And of course, special thanks to the animators Alena and Katya. Girls, thanks to you, our vacation was mega-full!
We will definitely come back here again, and more than once and sincerely recommend it to everyone!
