We chose a hotel with a claim to a luxury one, we wanted to relax and gain some impressions, but... We arrived at the hotel at 5.30, drove around all the hotels for a long time, through some slums, and finally brought it. The hotel lobby is nice, the floors are shiny, the air conditioner works, the bar too. Passports were taken away and silence until 7 am. At 7 we put on bracelets and went to breakfast. The main restaurant was not impressed with either the food or the interior. We had breakfast and again to the reception, and there was silence again, no one came up, offered nothing, the guests who came with us decided their settlement with the help of money in the "pocket", we were in no hurry, went to the beach. There are more than 170 steps to the beach)) The beach is clean, small, sunbeds are new. We are lying... sunbathing... By 12, the girls came to the beach with a survey of hotel guests, we said that we had not yet been settled, the girl called back somewhere and said that the room was ready.
Number
Small in size, everything works, only the curtains are tattered and dirty tulle, gray in color, with a patched hole. The linen is not cotton, the sheets are all in spools. Cleanliness is a relative concept for Egypt, therefore I will not complain about dust, stains, or tired furniture, everything is as usual)). Before leaving, one sock was lost, looked under the bed, found someone's slippers and a layer of dust there.

Food
There are many dishes prepared, but I cook better, although I am not a professional chef. They cook everything in an incomprehensible oil, most likely rapeseed, all the food gives off the taste of this oil. Sweet was not impressed at all, I tried every sweet thing, everything is very bad. There is a lot of meat, who loves meat, that is a belly feast. All greenhouse vegetables, watermelons and melons are not sweet. Dates and oranges are delicious. Grilled shrimp every evening but only eaten twice, they are rubbery. The staff distributes food, they are not greedy, but it’s still unpleasant that you have to stand with an outstretched plate and ask for something there))) We didn’t take alcohol, the beer is bad, all the sodas are ordinary, packaged juices.
Entertainment
The animation at the hotel is good, the guys are positive, the evening shows are C grade. There is nothing interesting behind the hotel either, the road, hotels, shops with all sorts of rubbish, pharmacies, gouged sidewalks, peeled "sculptures" and wilted greens.
Service
There were strange impressions... We settled down to have a bite to eat at the pool bar. The order was brought quickly, she asked for ice cream, so the waiter said... go to the bar yourself, there is ice cream. )) Many people like that they constantly ask, is everything okay? It seems intrusive to me, these constant questions from strangers. . . is everything okay? how are you? Hey! etc. for the whole day this sound, unnecessary noise boggles. Especially since they don't care how I'm doing))). It is generally difficult to talk about sanitation, they are in disposable mittens, but inside is already wet with sweat, they can pick up something that has fallen from the floor, and then with these hands they pinch mint in a mojito. Dishes are not disposable, only coffee in bars in paper cups, and everything else is either reusable plastic, worn out by life, or faience.
Territory

Green, clean, trimmed, watered, few flowers. There is nowhere to walk around the territory, there is no so-called embankment, everyone occupies buildings and steps. From the beach to the dining room, you have to overcome more than 170 steps in the heat. You can take a shuttle, but they also need to change them from diesel to electric cars, otherwise they drive around the hotel, they stink.
I was in Egypt about 6 times, this hotel is not respectable. Paying $1600 for 7 days and getting disappointed, not impressed. . . that's too much! We drove home and decided that everything! It's time to say goodbye to Egypt.
