Rested with a guy in this hotel in mid-October. I would like to share my impressions. This is the fourth time in Egypt, there were good hotels, and there was one in which they would not return for free. Tamra is a wonderful four, which, in my opinion, deserves a calm five. But I'll start in order. Check-in: we arrived at the hotel at about 6 am, according to the standard check-in at 14:00, and as for me, no one is obliged to check you in earlier. We were warmly greeted at the reception, told to wait until 10-10:30 and they would give us a room. Again, I want to note that this is a hotel initiative and no one should check us in before 14:00, these are all the whims of people who think that everyone around them owes them, because they came to all inclusive. We had enough time until 10 and we went to get acquainted with the hotel, went to the sea, the pontoon was still closed so early, so we decided to swim in the pool. After that, we walked around the territory a bit and went to the lobby, as we were tired from the road and wanted to relax a bit.
At about 9 o'clock we were found and called to the reception to check in. We were surprised that even before the promised time. Everyone was polite, we filled out a questionnaire and they took us to the room and said that the bracelets would be put on at 12 o'clock, just in time for dinner. This is wonderful, although, again, according to the rules of any hotel, check-in is at 14:00, and in this case we would not have got lunch. In each hotel, you have to pay extra for early check-in or late check-out, so I am surprised by the reviews in which they write that, you see, they were not settled at 4 in the morning and demand money. I want to ask, does anyone read the rules? Come another week earlier and wonder why no one settles and feeds for free. We were treated with understanding.
When filling out the questionnaire, I smiled and asked for the best room)) and indeed we were settled in a good room, it was overlooking the garden and even the sea was visible. Considering the fact that the territory of the hotel is very large, the location of the room was excellent, and not far from the sea, and to the restaurant. Yes, I agree that the furniture is not new, but we did not come to evaluate the furniture, and not to sit in the room, so nothing was embarrassing at all. The standard room is very spacious, everything in the room worked, the bed is large, there is still a sofa. After settling in, we rested a bit and went for bracelets and then went to a restaurant for lunch.

Food: typical of all Egypt. There is a choice and it is quite possible to eat. For breakfast, a mix of eggs, vegetables, cheese and sausage or fried eggs was served - this is optional. Then there are many different vegetables, sauces, cheese, various herbs, breakfast cereals, milk, yoghurts, pancakes, pancakes. There is always sweet, it is very tasty in Egypt, for those who want to get better)) I want to say right away to those who write that sausages and sausages are terrible - yes, they are the same everywhere for an amateur and it does not depend on the hotel. There was more choice for lunch. There were always 2 types of soup, various side dishes: rice, potatoes, pasta, meat: chicken, beef, vegetables, greens, fruits. For dinner every other day there was a grill: chicken, lula kebab, there were even tuna steaks. A couple of times served paella with seafood. Fruits commonly served were apples, melons, dates, guavas, and oranges. There was an evening when there were a lot of different fruits, plus grapes, peaches, figs, mangoes, pomegranates. But you can’t keep up with our people, they scoop up full plates, and then leave them because they didn’t fit. We did not wait for the new update. But you can always overeat with guava and dates. For dinner, they always give an extra bottle of water, but if that's not enough, there are water coolers in every bar, take as much as you want.
In addition to the standard three meals, you can still eat after breakfast - pizza, and after lunch - burgers, but we never went there, because we ate without it. Moreover, we not only arrived there. The only thing that the hotel does not have is Ala carte restaurants, which is probably why the four, although it is quite possible to do without them. There may be a queue at the bars in the evening, with us a man approached the department where they poured juices, and probably demanded alcohol, the bartender sent him to the queue. We stood in the same queue calmly, he noticed us and called us to him, asked what we wanted. We wanted to try the beer, he poured us without any. We then brought him a chocolate bar)) Another time was that we returned to the hotel at 11 pm, the bar was already closing, but the bartender saw us and poured us, at our request, what we wanted without unnecessary quarrels)) here is a vivid example the fact that there is no need to spoil your nerves and swear, you can calmly ask and everything will be fine for you.
Hotel staff: very friendly and polite. When you smile at them, they smile back at you and always ask how you are, the waiters wish you bon appetit. It's nice to be in such a friendly environment. I don’t know what people wrote about birthday greetings there, with us several times people were congratulated at a restaurant at dinner. All the waiters gathered, sang a song and brought a cake. Very cute, in my opinion. Cleaning: the room was cleaned every day, changed towels, put 2 bottles of water and brought shower gels, shampoos and soaps. On the first day we used what was in the room, so the next day the cleaner poured everything into the mountain to make sure that it was enough and then added it every day))) every day they made swans, peacocks, a dog, ships and all sorts of different things out of towels . We left him a dollar, then a chocolate bar. Very nice.
Sea: the bay is not windless, this should be taken into account, but in October there are still no strong winds, so this did not frighten us. There is an entry from the shore, but always in coral, otherwise you can stumble upon hedgehogs and all sorts of other marine life. When the tide is out, of course, you can’t swim much, but with the tide you can calmly swim. The pontoon is long, but we saw it when choosing a hotel. The red flag most often hung until 10-11:00, then they hung a yellow one and it was possible to go swimming from the pontoon. The reef is beautiful, there are many different fish, there is always someone to look at. Sometimes the wind was strong and the waves were large, in which case it is better to swim with fins, otherwise it can be carried away by the current and it will be difficult to row to the pontoon. But again, when choosing a hotel, this should be taken into account, this did not bother us. The main thing is that you can swim, like in an aquarium, for pleasure.

Animation: very cool guys, Mario, Sergey, Vika and Mido. Funny, but at the same time unobtrusive. In the hotel you can always find something to do with them. Stretching, darts, volleyball, water aerobics in the morning. After lunch yoga, volleyball and much more. In the evening there was always an entertainment program in the amphitheater, the fakir and fire show is generally cool. In general, you will not be bored. At the same time, if you want peace, then you can always find quiet places for solitude and no one will interfere. They go to the beach and offer excursions, the guys are also unobtrusive. We told them that we had already agreed with others about excursions, no one was offended or rude, and in addition one of them gave us bracelets. It's nice. Wi-Fi is available at the reception and near the pools, but we bought a card for $ 10 and did not bother.
In general, I want to summarize that if you smile at the world, then the world smiles at you. Relax and have fun, do not get hung up on trifles and walk "with a star in your forehead. " The hotel is beautiful and left only positive emotions about itself. Would come back here again with pleasure and for longer.
