The hotel was utterly disappointing! In Egypt, the second time, there is nothing to compare. Disgraceful, arrogant, sometimes frankly mocking, the attitude of the staff towards tourists, redneck, extortion at every turn, based primarily on the fact that the hotel is not designed for its full filling. The hotel is good if it is full - not even half, but 25-30 percent! If there are more people, the service staff cannot cope (and does not seek to cope) with the influx and number of tourists. In order and objectively.
Settlement. Checked into the room at 14.00. Fortunately, we arrived at the hotel around 11:00 am, we did not have to wait long. We were immediately put on bracelets and at 12.30 we were able to have lunch. I did not like the proposed number, because was without a terrace, so they chose the room themselves from several proposed ones for which they paid $ 50, they cleaned it every day, the bed was not changed every day, but it didn’t bother us, towels were changed daily. A room overlooking the pool - everything is beautiful, decorous, noble, if you want peace and privacy, ask for rooms away from the pool. In the morning, the staff behaves quite noisily, and at night there is a drunken op and brawl of tourists from Russia /during our stay there were 90 percent of tourists from Russia/. I advise upon arrival and having time to go around the hotel and look after the room.
Beach. The beach is too small, it looks like a small area of the beach is bought or rented from a nearby hotel - Melia. The sunbeds are one on top of the other, located close to each other and there is not enough space for everyone. Comrades! We took "a place in the sun" at 6.30 in the morning. I get up for work later. If you like to sleep - stay behind the fence that encloses the beach area, on the sand on a towel! It would be nothing, but the sun is too hot there! In addition, we watched an oil painting every morning at 6.30-6.45 am: 2 enterprising beach workers carry towels on their shoulders, lay them out on sunbeds (occupying two at once with one towel, since the sunbeds are practically stuck to each other due to the small area of the beach), people, who loves to sleep, pulls up to the beach for hours at 10.00 and then the sunbeds trade begins! Somehow one of the "businessmen" tried to win back!! ! the mattress from the woman next to me! We counted only about 150 wooden deck chairs!! ! You can also use the plastic ones brought from the pool, but then it is very difficult to find a place under the umbrella.

Many scold the pontoon in the reviews, as for me, it is normal, not long, 2 stairs are comfortable and short. sometimes there are a lot of people on the pontoon near the stairs, resting both with Tirana here and with Melia, but this didn’t bother me either - you can wait a bit to go down and up.
I won’t say much about the pool, we didn’t swim there, we didn’t go to swim in the pool. I swam only once, when we arrived from the excursion after dark and you can’t go to the sea anymore. The water is cold, but I was also glad of that - I really wanted to swim at least a little for the whole day. Judging by my observations, there were always free sunbeds by the pool. There are not enough adherents of swimming in the pool, because the sea is beautiful here, more on that later.
Towels are changed only once a day as stated in a politely written ad. It's not that I need to change it several times a day, but that trying to change them around 3 o'clock in the afternoon, I proved !!! ! that today and even yesterday I did not change them! Having said that I would file a complaint with the manager, one of the employees yelled at me menacingly, indignantly and clearly in a boorish way: aim manager! eym manager! I managed to hand over only 2 towels and get 2 cards, respectively, the third towel was never taken from me! I took the cards to my companion - she went and got towels. It is something! It was such that they took dirty towels, dried, but....dirty! it was our penultimate day of stay at the hotel - we reconciled... And they handed them over before leaving in two stages, the workers went off to clean the pool area, the one that cleaned a couple of meters from the place where towels are changed and, accordingly, from me, stubbornly did not pay a single neither my "pleezzzz" no attention to me. I had to leave and come again.
Bar on the beach: a separate song. Somehow we stood in line for about half an hour / after the opening of the watch bar at 10.15 /, then, of course, we tried to take drinks when the people dispersed. The bartender is a somnambulist, barely moving, with a tired, detached look, "a la, how did you all get me. " Moreover, there are managers around him, and not one, but someone else there difilates from place to place and no one cares about the people standing in line. Once the animator, having finished the next event, ran up and began to help the bartender, the queue disappeared in 5 minutes !!! ! Because this animator (Mamadu is super, who was in the hotel will confirm) the lighter is still the same! Like a propeller!

Restaurant. The food is good, you won't leave hungry. Very good and varied pastries, there were seafood, they even gave crabs once, the chicken was wonderful, the meat - beef through, once wonderful, if you can’t chew it. Soups - usually cream-puree "knorr, galina blanca". For lunch, wonderful pasta, for breakfast - scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs fried right there. Fruit was enough. There is a small selection of vegetables, various types of cabbage, boiled vegetables, which for some reason you don’t want. Cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce disappeared as soon as the restaurant opened. It's best to arrive just in time for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Otherwise, you will sit down at a dirty table, they clean it only after your request, choose a meal for yourself from what is offered at the opening, and not from what is left. You need to ask for napkins - the waiter will come up, count how many people you are and bring the same number of napkins! In the evening it is nice to sit on the summer terrace, but often you had to run after the waiter to ask for a candle (it is dark there in the evening). If you don't want to go for drinks yourself /queues. . . queues. . . queues. . . /, if you want attention - give a dollar a couple of times - everything will work out, as if by magic.
Now the most interesting. On one of the days, going up to the bartender and asking for 3 glasses of a drink, they answered me, smiling politely, that only no more than 2 glasses are given into my hands !! ! I explain that I have All Inclusive, that there are three of us, and we do not want to queue all together. Having achieved nothing, I had to go for drinks together! The most interesting thing is ahead - the next day it turned out that now only one glass is handed out !!! ! I no longer insist that there are three of us, and the whole arriving company has to stand in huge queues, I explain that I want, for example, cola and wine - I get a refusal. You have to stand in line for one drink, take it, and stand in line for the second drink!! ! We turned to the representative of our tour operator, he invited the director of the restaurant, who, smiling, explained that there were not enough glasses !! ! Suppose there is such a terrible, insoluble dilemma with glasses in a restaurant, but in all bars where drinks are offered in plastic cups, the same compote! Looking ahead, I’ll say that when we woke up on the morning of the 7th day of rest, we noticed that the hotel was noticeably empty - a lot of people had left. The rule "one glass in hand" has not been canceled.
Water: only in bars and restaurants in coolers, drink, at least fill up. But it is strictly forbidden to take with you! I wanted to sip some water at night - but no!
"Yupi - just add water" - it really went sour a couple of times!
When the hotel is full, the queues in the restaurant are huge, it is not easy to find a table.
We went on an excursion. Dry rations - half-dried rolls that remained unclaimed a couple of days ago.
Well done animators! The guys tried their best, they entertained the people as best they could, they had fun, I really liked their work!
The number of managers is amazing - if at least half of them were transferred to service personnel, there would definitely be fewer problems.

You endure all this for the sake of - THE SEA !!!! ! The sea is great! The coral is wonderful, there are many fish of all colors, shades, shapes and sizes. Be sure to bring your mask, snorkel and fins! Underwater cameras! Most importantly - there are no waves - at all !!! ! It's amazing, you look into the distance, around, you see the waves, the surf, here is peace and grace. We swam for a long time in masks and without them - just enjoying swimming and the beautiful underwater world. But there is a pretty strong current, so if you are not confident in your abilities, I advise you not to sail far from the pontoon. In extreme cases, a rope with buoys is stretched along the coastline, tired, you can return to the starting point with the help of it. Excursions, divers are constantly brought here on yachts, to admire the coral and fish. It also has its own dive center, which is very convenient!
There is a regular bus service to and from the beach.
More! There are mosquitoes, be sure to take mosquito repellent and a fumigator.
Again, I repeat, it became much easier and more convenient when the people dispersed, free sunbeds appeared, free tables in the restaurant, queues disappeared. We enjoyed the last 2 days of our stay at the hotel when most of the tourists left (those who had a 7 day tour, we took 9 days). And even "one glass in hand" and everything else did not irritate. I won't go there again, of course. I will try the neighboring Melia for the sake of this place, for the sake of the sea!! !
