I do not understand people who leave bad reviews just because they stood in line a couple of times. In the end, do not go to the canteen during rush hour and that's it. After all, everything else in the hotel is very, very decent. I will not repeat the description of the hotel - everything written here on good reviews is pure truth. I will dwell only on the "cons", maybe for someone these are fundamentally important points, then it's better to go to another hotel.
1. Water only in glasses. Or pour into bottles, or buy. Personally, neither one nor the other somehow bothered us.
2. Places on the beach. Maybe we were lucky, but we came at 8.00-8.30 without straining and calmly lay down where we wanted. The beach was never packed to capacity during all the days.

3. Queues. In a restaurant, for example, I was convinced that it is created by the vacationers themselves: they are waiting for the fish, and it is at the very end. We approach, take meat without a queue, no one objects. Let's take the fish. At the beach bar max. 5-7 people, or even no one at all. There were no queues anywhere for five days.
4. One glass in hand. I don’t understand, we rested in different hotels? NEVER during the entire holiday we were not given one glass instead of two in one hand. It’s just that maybe we didn’t ask for a “borzo”, but smiled, didn’t spoil the rest for ourselves and others.
5. Yes, we agree, completely, in the hotel ALL, so to speak, the "economy" option; they feed only in the main restaurant (very tasty and varied), they drink in three bars (beach, pool and hookah), the lobby in the lobby for money, after 23.00 bast. Well, okay! It seems that they were always full, why kill themselves because of a hot dog for lunch?
In my opinion, these are all objective "cons" of the hotel. Such, for example, as a bad attitude, etc. , personally everyone smiled at us and tried to help. For example, we left tips in the room, no one even took them away until they personally began to give. Bracelets like red for the "chosen ones" and green for the "Russians" are complete nonsense, these are different power systems, you have to somehow distinguish them.
And one more thing: the hotel is new and ALL in it can change when the rest of the bars and restaurants open. By the way, when we were leaving, a fitness center opened, there was live music in the lobby.
